Comfortable, Quiet and Safe
May 3, 2024We have lived in the TownHouses (condos) for almost 14 years and love it here. The management always takes care of repairs immediately and we have had every appliance repaired or replaced without issue. We are happy that they take care of absolutely everything inside and out so we don't have to worry about anything. It's really quiet and we never hear our neighbors. There's lots of open space and wooded areas with wildlife. We are not pet owners and liked that there were no pets at all until ...the law changed a few years ago to allow companion animals. Now there are lots of pets but we never see loose dogs or cats running around and there are strict rules to keep pets under control so they don't bother us.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Decent Apartment, Horrible management
September 21, 2023Apartment size and price is good. If you have any issues with other tenants, they do not care and will not listen. Do not enforce their own rules on allowing pets- TONS of dogs everywhere, or smoking- also a lot of smoking on balconies. The women running the office really seem like they cannot be bothered to do their jobs or even talk to you. Very rude, don't bother making a complaint. Maintenance is very nice but seem to be hiring some inexperienced younger gentlemen. Management Is Unprofessional
July 21, 2021Numerous conversations with management where I have had rude comments made to me after asking them questions with respect. Anytime I would bring up any concerns or questions they make you feel like it such a hassle for them to do their job. Being disrespectful to paying customers of the Royal Vista community for no given reason is not acceptable as they are the only people you can consult about anything you want done at your apartment or townhome. Great place to live and great management
July 15, 2020Royal Vista is the best place in the Grand Rapids area to rent. It is quiet, safe and centrally located. We are in one of the townhomes and we never hear our next door neighbors. It feels just like living in a single family home. We see wildlife often, hear the birds sing amongst all the trees and enjoy the open green spaces. Liz, the manager has been very easy to work with and the two times we have had to call maintenance, they always showed up the same day. AWESOME
August 15, 2017We had to relocate for work but this apartment complex is amazing. Rest assured that you will be taken care of and treated very respectfully. We had a few issues arise during our 1 year lease (air conditioner needed a new part, needed new dishwasher) but they were handled that day with no push back from the office. The comments about snow removal most likely stem from the cement walkways in between garages. They become VERY slippery when you walk from snow to cement. We both fell at one point but ...there is not really a solution unless they want to resurface. We lived in the top floor so I can't speak on noise from other tenants but we never even heard tv's when we would walk in the halls. Best of all we got our ENTIRE security deposit back. Another negative was that is says no pets but everyone but us had at least a cat if not a dog. We would have stayed in this apartment until we could afford a house if it wasn't for the relocation. I would recommend to anyone
October 17, 2016I have been living at Royal Vista apartments for about 8 plus years i lived in early 2007 with my parents and in 2012 i got my apartment. I could not find any other apartments with washer n dryer in unit, enclosed garage, gated community, and rent could be turned in till the 5th... i love Royal Vista. I plan to stay here for awhile untill i find a house the rent price is very cheap for the space and comfort im getting.Reseña de Apartments.com

October 11, 2016I have been hear for almost 2 years. Royal Vista is a very quiet complex. The maintenance is always right there if needed, which is not very often. This complex gives you all you need. It is so nice to have a garage and a full size washer and dryer. The expressway is right up the road and Alpine just a few minutes away.
