Great staff and amenities. Unfortunately, the building forces you to purchase internet through one of the worst quality mesh internet services I've ever used.
My internet has gone down 5 times since I've moved in. Each time they come up with a cheap, hacky workaround that doesn't address the root cause.
They have half the building on a "temporary" (almost 6 months now) wifi network because the main network is glitchy, but now this new network is completely insecure. If you log in, you can see
...everyone in the building's Chromecast, TV, etc. In addition, anyone on the network is able to packet sniff and observe traffic of literally anyone in the building. Some corporate devices may reject connecting to this wifi network for that reason.
Internet support is also very low quality, the main team are offshore so if you need any hardware assistance you'll have to wait days or weeks before someone is able to come and assist.
I figure that perhaps management thought this would be simpler for residents, but the provider is so poor quality that the trouble is not worth it. I've also pointed out these specific issues multiple times but they don't seem to care.
Worth mentioning that you are forced to purchase an internet package -- you cannot use any other provider.
This building may be fine for you if reliable internet is not a major concern, but if you work from home or have to be online without interruption, I would seriously recommend you look elsewhere.
