Great place to live!
October 7, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comI moved in about a year ago and love it here! Close to 422 and also close to Main Street and shopping. Quiet and quaint neighborhood. Steph and the office staff are very responsive and respond and resolve issues almost immediately. Maintenance is just as responsive. Price is great and overall just a great place to live!

Apartments are nicely sized. The maintenance team is awesome getting your issues fixed quickly and the day to day staff is the best. Any issues we had they resolved quickly and effectively. The neighbors are friendly and everyone becomes a family after a while. July 24, 2018 - Reseña de Apartments.comI just wanted to say that not only was the Office staff great throughout the application process they have been super responsive with a few issues I had after moving in too. My daughter locked herself out of the apartment one morning and was in her robe with no shoes. I called the office and they said, send her over for keys no problem...when I explained that she was in her night clothes, I said I better just run home from work, Nikki said, "Don't do that I will just run over to your apartment ...and let your daughter back in". It's a great neighborhood as well. Management have been very helpful and caring. Laura and Nikki have always answered all of my concerns right away. August 4, 2017 - Reseña de Apartments.comMy best friends lived in this apartment, so I was there quite a bit. My first experience of Spruce Court apartments was the filthy stairway filled with spider webs and dead bugs. I thought maybe the cleaning people didn't get their yet; I was wrong. Those dead bugs and spider webs stayed for the entire year-long lease. One night I slept over and woke up to paint chips and pieces of the ceiling hitting the top of my head. As I look up, the ceiling was literally falling down. Of course, my friend ...called maintenance right away to express her concerns. They said they would be out to fix the problem. Guess what? Almost a year later and that ceiling still wasn't fixed. I am so glad my best friends are out of that disgusting place and won't have to deal with the inconsiderate people that work for this company.Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

It smells like cigarettes/pot, maintenance takes months to fix problems if they fix it at all, neighbors are loud and walls are paper thin, and there is always trash outside. Not to mention the employees in the leasing office have no clue what's going on. We were accused of not paying a month of rent and had to go to court. We tried meeting with the property manager before court but she couldn't make time for us and ignored our phone calls and emails. ...When we did get in touch with her she was extremely rude and dismissive. She never listened to us. We had to contact someone from the corporate office and he did eventually get it figured out but it took months and it was very stressful. We never got so much as an apology. They took every chance they had to get extra money out of us. They tried to take advantage of us being younger girls. I can only imagine they do the same to all of the elderly people who live there. Please don't let your loved ones live here. There are plenty of way nicer places in the royersford area for much cheaper.Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

Almost a great place to live
February 19, 2016 - Reseña de Apartments.comI have lived in the Spruce Court Apartments for a while now and while it is located in a great area there are some downfalls. Maintenance seems to take a while to fix issues. There have been several instances where it's taken months to fix an issue as well as issues that have never been fixed. The worst thing about Spruce Court are other renters. They really need to start screening better and listening to other residents complaints. There is trash being left all over the premises and there ...is a lot of drug usage inside some of the buildings. The leasing staff even though they can be ineffective at times are very kind. If you are considering moving into one of the buildings I suggest you check who your neighbors are going to be first.Leer Más

The complex has several buildings, some of which offer newer renovations and more amenities for higher prices. The maintenance crew is very friendly and responds to requests/questions pretty quickly. Each building has its own laundry facility too. Great Place, Convenient to Major Routes
August 14, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comI love my apartment . It is quiet there. Thick walls and floors keep from hearing anyone else beside or below me. I can play music or watch tv without bothering them too. The only time I might hear a neighbor is if I am near my front door and they are going into their front door. I love my balcony and the grounds are well maintained They allow dogs and there are plenty of places to walk them. I highly recommend Spruce Court Apartments.
