I signed my lease and I am counting down the days until I move in at the end of August. What sets The Sanctuary apart from anything else I have ever experienced, though, is its people. I have worked with Maddie, Milena, David (the leasing manager), Hannah, Atley, and Sigifredo (the property manager) throughout this process, and every single one of them has been exceptional. Warm, patient, and genuinely present in every interaction. They know who you are. They remember what you talked about last time. They have welcomed me back every single time I showed up with more friends and family because I cannot stop raving about this place. My entire circle is excited for me to move in. The community events are equally impressive. Horseback riding, catered breakfasts from Kneaders, an earth day celebration with Bonsai Bai Me. These are experiences that reflect a team that truly invests in the lives of the people who live here. And when you sign your lease, they ask whether you'd like red wine, white wine, or sparkling cider for your move in gift basket. That single detail told me everything I needed to know about what kind of place this is. Thoughtful, generous, and deeply intentional. I love where I live now. But it does not compare.
