Great Community
May 15, 2024We LOVE living at Sandhurst. It is close to everything in the North part of town and easy to get on the interstate. The staff at Sandhurst is the absolute best. Tiffany is super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. She is quick to respond to any needs and address any issues we have. Do not rent this apartment
February 6, 2024My apartment is filled with black mold. All the rooms and the closets are also filled with mold. I have complained several times and the property manager keeps putting the blame on us.Reseña de Apartments.com
cozy, yet good sized for the price
May 10, 2023Renewed my lease for a third year of living here. Units are cozy yet good sized for the price and any maintenance issues are dealt with in a very timely manner. Tiffany has been extremely wonderful and helpful with the lease renewal process.Property Manager Responded

Quiet setting
April 29, 2023Quiet setting, the pricing is a little high for the area but offers updates throughout. It's also a convenient location, close to all shopping, restaurants and the local colleges. The apartments are quiet and hidden back from main road areas.Property Manager Responded

Perfect Place to Call Home

The property manager was beyond friendly and knowledgeable, she also helped setup our resident app and showed us how to navigate the system. Leasing at it's finest
November 1, 2022To say the property is stunning doesn't do it justice enough. This community is well maintained, making it noticeable from Northpoint. The staff was very friendly, easy going and really enjoys the property and the tenants. The property manager praised about the community, the benefits of renting and should be all the uogrades throughout the unit and the building. Beautiful location
September 15, 2022I scheduled a tour and the property did not disappoint. The staff is very knowledgeable & friendly. The grounds are very well kept & beautiful. The units are nice sized & offer lots of closets giving plenty of storage space. The kitchen has tons of cabinets offering alot of kitchen storage.
