I have been a resident at this location for 3 years. I’ve been through several managements on this property and John has been the best. From day one that he started, improvements have been made on the property. You can can see that he’s making changes and corrections from months of neglect from previous management. Trees are being trimmed, grass is being cut and watered, work orders are being taken care of, pool is clean and new poolside chairs were placed. It is a dog friendly community ...
and the residents are friendly as well. Water pressure in the late afternoon is low but that is within the whole city area and out of anybody’s control. That’s an issue with Alamo Water Company. Overall… in the long time I’ve been here… I’m loving the improvements!

I recently moved into the apartments & I want to start off by saying that the customer service is amazing! The complex Noemi was very helpful, professional, & attentive. She listened to all my needs & I moved into an apartment fit for me, my favorite part would have to be the gym & the puppy wash for my fur baby. I would recommend Santa Anna Apartments 100%!
