After reading the online reviews and obsessing on the company's website to view floor plans, etc. I relocated from out of state and I'm VERY happy about my decision! The maintenance staff is always friendly, attentive and have a smile on their faces, the office staff is very nice and extremely helpful! The new assistant manager is always friendly, the newest leasing agent is extremely sweet and the manager seems to go the extra mile to try and do whatever he can to accommodate the residents
...needs. We have seen a drastic change over the past 9 months under his lead! The riffraff that was here last year seems to have dissipated, the pool is relaxing, the basketball courts are available to residents, the lake view and bridge are beautiful and the property is very clean, just to name a few. I have to admit, when I read the reviews online, I was concerned about some of the things people have said but after having been here for a while now, I've realized the staff are just people and no matter how hard they try they just can't please everyone. We planned to purchase a house relatively quickly after relocating but I think we may end up staying here for a while. A huge thanks to the staff for making this feel like a home!
