I love that I can walk uptown and also go the other direction to Central Ave where there are shops, grocery stores & restaurants. The upkeep of the community is good. I'm happy that I can be so close to the city but not have to pay an arm and a leg for rent.

Alot of things need to be fix, they have sheet rock walls. That paint or change the carpeting after being there for so many years. The walls are not finish found alot of cracks and the floor are hard to keep white. When these floor's stain, they stay stained.

Given the area it's one of the more affordable apartment complexes. With the newly built "Vistas @ 707" the area feels safer. Common areas are maintained to a satisfactory level; there is a need for more dumpsters as the current one can easily overflow (especially around holidays). Staff is polite but when it comes to maintenance issues they are slow to respond (if at all). For example, the air-conditioning unit ran out of coolant. I left a voicemail about the issue (staff rarely answers the ...
phone) and it wasn't until a week later it was fixed. I understand everyone's problems can't be immediately addressed but there's no excuse for staff to give me an update me on the situation.

Conveniently Close to Uptown

This property is an awesome place to live and minutes from uptown Charlotte!!! The residents make it a fun community to be a part of. Along with that the staff are always helpful and friendly and make it a great place to live. I would highly recommend moving to this apartment complex. They keep the building clean and do a great job with maintenance. I am so happy I picked Seigle Point apartment!!
