most horrible community ever

We were first time home buyers and things were not easy or settling at all. I did my buying application gave them the money for my down payment which was 10% of the total price. Then all of a sudden I had to become a temporary renter first because my home needed to either be sold or rented by feb 28 and my deal would not be closed buy then. So then I had to turn around and give them another large amount of money for a security deposit to rent the home. Then my total rent price keep going from ...
one price to the next I need up getting 3 different prices that my rent was suppose to be . Then I couldn’t move in till March 10 because she needed to have it cleaned and new paint new carpet and so on. Then all of sudden the home need to be fumigated and sprayed because it has some roaches in it and she wants it clear rd before we come. Then all of a sudden after a large security deposit on feb 26 once I move in I all of a sudden owe rent for March how is this possible I have only been here 3 days and just have a very large security deposit. Also once I get here after a long 10 hr drive I walk in to the home that night and it’s still infested with roaches everywhere the home wasn’t cleaned as she said it was there were nasty molded ravioli cans in my vents dirt tampons thick dirt you name it it was in there . They are very unconsiderate and don’t care about anything this community decided they were going to evict me 1 week later once I moved in because they claimed I owed unpaid rent which I’m still confused about because I just have a very large security deposit. This place is absolutely disgusting and the property manager needs to be fired due to all of the things that took place I have spoke to another person that was in the community who moved out because of all the mess they couldn’t figure out where there money was going they were suppose to be buying and they were still renting and got fed up with it also I do not recommend this place to anyone .they need to be exsposed for all the things they do to people and be sure to clearly check you me home if you are going to rent or buy check throughly for roaches check the vents for nasty stuff I also plan on calling the bbb and I have pictures of everything and all of my messages of the things that were said and then kee changing if I could of selected a zero star for the rating I would of
