literally moved in and would not go away! Sure, they sent out pest control to set traps and put down poison but that was just a preliminary fix; did not fully eradicate the issue at all! I was so worried about bringing my newborn home to a mice infested apartment! I had to literally beg to get out of my lease agreement. The landlord had a terrible attitude, took his time to respond to any issues I had or just ignored me like I was just being dramatic. Appliances in the unit were older than me; I hated this apartment and this was not my first apartment I rented with this company before. I'm just going to go out on a limb and say that this property management company are slumlords; will take your money quickly to move you in and won't be honest about the "issues" they have in their buildings. I will NEVER rent from Hunter ever again in life...worst managemt company on the planet! But if you need something that's affordable in decent areas; they're the place to go; just beware of the "issues" that may be lurking around in your apartment!

dryer ( which is shared between everyone is old and broken. I hate living here especially with me daughter. I Kringe when she is on the floor. I can't wait to move! Just hoping I can find something better that I can afford.
