    I love living here in these apartments. This place is quiet. close to everything. I feel so comfortable here. Been here over 15 years. The office staff is helpful and very nice. The maintenance crew are so friendly and courteous.

    I have lived here 4 years and just signed a new lease. The office staff and the maintenance staff are very friendly and helpful. I have not experienced any problems with neighbors or the neighborhood. The pool is clean and maintain, laundry room and fitness room are also well kept. Bob Hupp

    Cheap blinds counter tops and paint over anything thats wrong they painted over mold under my sink do not sign a lease here also car break ins are so common

  • Staff and maintenance crew

    I have been living here for 3 years. I am very happy and sastified here. My neighbors are friendly, we look out for each other. The office staff are friendly, dedicated and very helpful. The maintenance crew are the best .... friendly, helpful , they look in on tenants to make sure they are okay , they care about the tenants . It's not a tenant and staff relationship, it's more like family . Keep up the good work guys !! You rock !!

  • Save Yourself the Trouble

    Please save yourself the trouble and do not live here. I lived there for over a year, and have nothing good to say about it other than the maintenance staff. They were friendly and quick any time I needed them. The office staff always had a horrible attitude and scoffed when there was an issue with my apartment (which was maybe 2-3 times the whole year ). When I moved out, I took before and after pictures of EVERYTHING, but they still claimed that they cleaned something that I had clear evidence ...
    that they did not. Now my credit score may be affected because of it. "Pet friendly" but the deposit and monthly fees are so high I couldn't have pets. There were fleas when I moved in, and I never had an animal in that apartment. I had to spray the apartment myself to get rid of them. They do nothing about noisy neighbors. The list could go on, but just please PLEASE do not choose this complex to live in. You'll regret it if you do.

    Was quiet until a bunch of teenagers moved up stairs and across from us and they party every night until 6am, fighting, yelling and screaming. No one will do anything about it. When you walk in the apartments it smells like weed. The sinks also clog a lot and the dishwasher keeps breaking.

    Better than the run down apartments but not great. When I first moved in my apartment was invested with roaches and gave a big stink about it when I asked for a new place to live. They gave me a new apartment with the same rate, however when I attempted to renew my lease they wanted to add money on top of it for no reason. 5 min from base for morning PT and 10 for 0900 work call including traffic. Convenient you can say. Sylins, one of the reps, is a sweetheart but it could be better for the ...

    This is a relatively clean complex in the middle of town. The rent is priced somewhat high for Lawton, but there are some advantages. First and foremost is the community; majority military and pet friendly these apartments are very safe. The grounds are well lit and fenced except for entrances/exits. Often some neighbor or other is out walking their pet(s). The grounds are also very quiet and clean, especially so considering the buildings are located among many businesses. In walking distance are ...
    several restaurants, department stores, grocery stores, churches, and a second run theater. Lawton's other entertainment, dining, and shopping options are only a short drive away as Sheridan Square is centrally located. The rent does not include electric or water bills, but does provide access and pay to maintain laundry facilities (recently upgraded to accept debit cards), a pool, a tennis court, and to maintain the grounds in general. The rent also pays for bi-monthly pest control. The pests in Sheridan Square aren't epidemic to begin with, but the bi-monthly pest control helps a lot. I will sometimes see one or two cockroaches between pest control sprays. When I first arrived I did not see a single pest for several months but since the units near mine have become occupied, the pests began to show up. It is encouraging to know that my landlord is aware of and has committed to ending the existence of roaches in the facility instead of writing them off as a negative aspect of apartment living. Overall I am very pleased with Sheridan Square. It is a friendly and safe neighborhood populated by individuals with an uncommon respect for themselves and their respective homes. Sheridan Square is an oasis for those who are interested in living in a commercial district of Lawton without the violent neighborhoods, child-like neighbors, and dilapidated accommodations that those areas provide elsewhere.
