Kind Staff, Great Location
November 1, 2024I've been living here for some time, and I have to say the recent changes in the management team have truly transformed this community. The new maintenance and office staff are fantastic! They’re always friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about residents. There have been noticeable improvements throughout the property—everything from repaired amenities to enhanced landscaping that is starting to make the community feel more inviting. It's clear that the new team is committed to making this ...a great place to live. If you lived here a year ago, you would say how awful it is, the management in place was rude, maintenance wasn't completed.... it's so much better. Thank you whoever made these changes! You also can't beat the location, it's quiet and convenient. I commute to Natomas and it's so easy to hop on the 5. Horrible
February 15, 2024The people in the office are RUDE and don’t know how to do their jobs! Everyone of them needs to go through training again. After the 3rd rent is late and Late fee is $150 they’ll even back date a late fee if they forget to post them on time and you’ve already paid. They attach a balance due notice to your 3-day notice which from my experience is not legal and voids the 3-day ; A 3-day notice to pay is a LEGAL NOTICE AND SHOULD BE POSTED BY ITS SELF not with another notice telling you a different ...amount (Id love to see how this would play out in eviction court). Even if you try to pay what it says on the 3day notice, they want you to pay the full balance which it not what the 3day says. $150 late fee for being 1 day late is ridiculous. They also lie on the proof of service stating they posted and mailed the 3-day when I have yet to receive any in the mail. They don’t let you have a credit on your account to help yourself from being late.. They had someone in the office stealing money orders so that’s why you can’t make early payments. Work orders don’t get completed. Save your money and don’t move here. We can’t wait until our lease is up to get far away from Siena VillaLeer MásReseña de Apartments.com
The worst management
July 6, 2023In over 50 phone calls I made while applying, touring, and living here maybe 5 went through and were answered. When moving in they sent us a move in noticed that we signed and mailed in the deposit and first month of rent they told us to send in to move in, only for them to tell us they weren't done approving us. This being a full month after we sent in our application to move in. When our year-long lease was up they increased rent by almost $400. Needless to say we moved. 3 hours after signing ...papers and turning in keys they called asking me to sign the same papers I had just signed, asking if I had turned in keys. Management when dealing in person isn't much better, they are rude, incompetent or drunk (yes during business hours the manager was intoxicated on the day we moved in). The apartment itself was an odd floor plan. The AC vent leaked from the ceiling, the carpet was gross, and pests were a constant issue.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
GARAGE
May 25, 2019Went in according to pricing listed on this website. They stated that the car garage is included with the rent that jumped up $125 from the listed price which coincidentally is what the garage luxury is priced at. Since they do not have enough car ports for 1 bedroom apartments a garage is assigned to those renters. They said that the pricing on this website is wrong and their prices increase daily for the apartments. However some 1 bedroom apartments do have car ports and are cheaper? When ...questioned how that even makes sense the guide girl got really quiet and awkward. I would not recommend these apartments due to the fact they are trying to make a fool out of you and take your money for something so unnecessary.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Management is terrible, very dissapointing
March 16, 2017Here I am WIDE awake for oh I don't know the 800th night in a row. I have been complaining of excessive noise from my upstairs neighbors since November!! Erin the manager claimed to not have gotten my prior 3 emails encompassing detailed and valid complaints due to "being busy", yeah whatever, busy being the worst and fakest manager I have ever dealt with. I haven't seen her do anything but spend all of my overcharged rent money on renovations for her office. Anyway, here we are, it is now mid ...March and the sweet maintenance crew have JUST installed tiles to help with sound. The tiles are completely tacky, they have ruined the look in my room and they don't do anything!! (I love maintenance btw, they are the only reason for my one star). I know for a fact there are at least 4 people living upstairs in a one bedroom apartment, I have gone up there between the hours of 2-3am to let them know I am going to call the police if they don't quiet down and there are TONS of people crammed in that tiny place. These apartments are beyond shady. I plan to file a fair housing complaint to the HUD and request an onsite investigation tomorrow due to repeatedly violating Californias codes. I am done with the way management has treated me, and I am now going to dedicate all of my resources and energy into making sure everyone knows how bad this place really is. I have filed and documented over 6 noise complaints to no avail, I am done being nice to these crooks I really don't know how they sleep at night..... oh wait, they don't have 6 people crowded in a one bedroom and a newborn baby screaming at the top of their lungs living on top of them. If they did, I am sure they wouldn't be too happy about it either. Please don't rent from these thieves, they work off commission and will try to swindle you for every penny you have. If you would like further information or better properties in the area to give your business to, please feel free to contact me and I will be happy to help you out. If you insist on renting from here, do know they work on commission so question everything they say, they likely can shed hundreds off of their starting price. Also know a garage is NOT MANDATORY, you can request to opt out. I will be reporting them tomorrow and pray for some sleep soon.
