accumulated 50+ bags that sat there for months, got snowed on and frozen over before they just removed the whole thing. I don’t understand how you can pick up one daily and forget to pick up the other one. The smell was repulsive even 20 feet away from it. Next thing.. my heat has been broken since I’ve moved (ac as well) I called after I first noticed it last year and was told it was just a filter needing replacing) they replaced it. Until January they were still paying all the electric bills. I got my first bill it was $600. The second was $660, and never was my house even warm to my content.. Upstairs it would be roasting at 80 degrees you go downstairs my dog is shivering because it’s barely above 60 (I bought a thermometer just for reference) the draft coming from every window /door (which mind you i plastic up.. I couldn’t on the one upstairs bc if you were upstairs you would have to open at least a little or you would sweat to death.) My emergency heat on the thermostat stayed on practically the entire winter. Again insisted it was a dirty filter and changed again. And mind you the closet door in the kitchen where the electrical and furnace are has to act as the air intake. The grates on the door are just covered in dirt, dust and whatever else . Right next to the fridge. the draft from the exterior wall is crazy. 10 feet away from it it’s still 65 degrees and thermostat is set to 80. My couches, bed, dogs crate all had to be moved as far away from that wall. Electric fireplace doesn’t work. Had to take the dog to the ER twice & vet suggested it is a bacteria in the grass (along the lines of parvo) . Neighbors dogs had same thing!! very dog friendly but not safe ! Below me is empty and I’m guessing that’s why it’s freezing cold in my apartment. The filter must be dirty again. They paved right over all those humongous potholes I’ve gotten a flat tire from before. Jen in the office is extremely nice and understanding so I am placing no blame on her.
