I had let these people know before hand that I owned several reptiles and amphibians, none of which are venomous or considered large constrictors, and was initially told it would be fine. Apparently the owner had misunderstood that fact and then proceeded to throw a fit and threaten to take legal action against me if I were to move in my animals which had been previously ok'd. I had signed the lease AND animal addendum stating that there wouldn't be any issue with them. I will NEVER lease from Canyon Land and I strongly suggest that no one else tries to rent from them as well. This has been the most unprofessional interaction I have ever experienced from any leasing company and has wasted a month of my time which now leaves me with less than 3 weeks to find a new place and move in before I have to leave my current apartment complex. Absolutely terrible company.
