October 10, 2015This place use to be a great place to live. It's close to supermarkets,bus stops and fast food restaurants. I would not move here now there are feline cats all over the property and management said there is nothing they can do about it. The residents that are moving in are former drug addicts and there are people coming and going all hours of the night. September 12, 2015I live in a 2 bdrm apt and just love my apt. I couldn't be happier here. All. .the employees here work very hard keeping this community clean and neat. They take pride in this place. If I have a problem they are here within the hour fixing it. I have family and friends that live in other communities on long island and they have bad experiences where they live I won't tell you what places they live in. One bedroom, one bath
August 18, 2015Pros Great location. It's right by Nicholls rd. There's a waldbaums and a cvs very close by. As well as a Starbucks, subway, bagel place, nail place and more all within walking distance. Pool, gym, playground, basketball and tennis courts, and a bbq area Great maintenence staff Spacious rooms, especially the bedroom Pet friendly (there's a fee). There's designated areas to walk your dog Balcony/patio Not gated ( I know his is a con for some people but I prefer non-gated) You have your own ...parking spot Cons Washer/dryer not in the unit. The laundry room is not centrally located and costs 1.75 to wash and 1.75 to dry. Plus you have to pay $15 for the laundry card itself. Don't loose it. The walls are a little thin. I share my bedroom wall with my neighbor and I can hear them very clearly sometimes. Microwave not included (at least in mine, some apartments have updated kitchens. A new beginning
July 20, 2015I just currently moved into my new apartment. I will be a new mother this September and I am looking forward to bringing my new baby girl to her new home! I love the location of the new apartment and I love that I am able to keep my medium sized doc Luna. I thought I was going to have to give her up because most places have a weight restriction and i couldn't bare the thought of loosing my dog until I found this place, now I can keep my doc and raise my baby girl.Reseña de Apartments.com
