great apartments
August 24, 2015We moved into our apartments called Southgate apartments and we loved them. The lady in the office is very nice and she helps you out in any way that she can. She has given us a break on rent because we have struggled a couple times. The apartments are very well kept on the insides and outsides. The pool area is very nice and clean. The workout room is a little small but it's better then nothing. We would recommend this apartment place to anyone.Review from Apartments.com

July 27, 2015Southgate Apartments has impeccable grounds, a perfect pool and a small, but just enough work out room. The staff has been there for years and knows everyone by name ! It is centrally located to great shopping, metro and minutes to downtown Salt Lake City. I call it home now for almost 13 years. It must be great !!!Review from Apartments.com
