  • mold/roaches/old appliances/trash everywhere

    Worse experience! They will let you live in mold and paint over it. I had a broke dishwasher that never got replaced and kept overflowing with dirty water making my apartment stink. The trash is always overflowing and thrown all over the place and the community never cares. They will play nice in your face, but take your money and maintenance will lie about coming and not take the time you fix your things or “mark as complete” when he never came. Kids scream all day and run in streets no parental ...
    supervision and luckily won’t get hit by a car. They also had a shooting around April/May 2025 and didn’t mage the community feel safe and gates shafts open but we’re paying for gate card and alarm system rigged so they took it off rent instead of fixing it.

    No complaints so far. Very peaceful, Gende in the leasing office was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I love my apartment and I feel safe. One of the best decisions I made in 2023.

  • Infested with roaches

    the property is nothing like in the pictures. the interior looks nice but they have roaches...lots of them. I moving immediately...stay away

      We strive to make Southwinds a beautiful place to live and at anytime a resident has an issue we work very hard to rectify the situation. We offer pest control services every week. The pest control technician will service this unit on the 24th. Please allow us time to address the issue.

  • Love it

    I’ve been here now for a few weeks and i LOVE MY APARTMENT!!! ? it was clean when we moved in new appliances & new carpet & i love it! Yes there was a few miner things that needed to get fixed but like i was told they couldn’t fix it because nobody had been in the apartment and they didn’t know what all was wrong but they were pretty quick about making sure it was done & i appreciate it! .. i love how quiet & clean the community is . I am recommending my friends here . VERY HAPPY

  • Spacious and beautiful

    I've been living here for about 4 years, it's a little expensive but i love how quiet it is here and they fix any service issues immediately, staff is super friendly, and i dnt know what the other reviewers was talking about because it's not roach infested because they have an amazing pest control man.. I wish i could live here forever but the rent goes up ever renewal and it's becoming to pricey, but it is an amazing place to live!!!

  • Do not put your children or yourself at risk

    The worst choice my family and my self has ever made . Mutiple FLOODS from the ground to water pouring out of my celling !!!! MOLD on the walls especially places where you cannot see ... Celling cracked open and it took hem almost two weeks to fix ...Any time we reported a problem it will take more than a week up to a month to fix...? But why ....? I always payed my rent on time so why can't they fix my problems on time .....Rude and nasty neighbors throwing all their cigarettes onto my ...
    property . If you have children please do not risk their health and safety by moving into this complex .

  • DO NOT MOVE HERE

    Do Not Move Here!!! You will regret it! The staff is FAKE and will sell you anything in which you will be dissatisfied later with the decision of moving there. They are rude and will hang up on you! Why give your hard earned money to a complex who doesn't appreciate on time rent. They are investing they money into rent office appearance and not the apartments. Things in the renovated apartment isn't new. Just fake plastic peeled wood floor. (not wood at all just a peel off). Bathroom is ...
    horrible!!! Apartment has roaches. FYI better check you unit to see if its been serviced because mines wasn't which caused me to pay ALOT of money to Georgia power. Imaging paying over $200 for month for electricity. Make sure you get carpet cleaned b/c they will change you $35 per stain even if its the size of a quarter. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING YOU MONEY AWAY or JUST DON'T HAVE NO WHERE TO MOVE TOO!!!

    To much money for what its worth. All they do is furnish the rent office and pool area. Once you pass the rent office going towards the back or even middle its not kelp up. The upgrades are cheap. The model apartment looks nothing like what you will get. Trash is always full. The gate allows 10 cars to get through at a time. So whats the point of a gate!!! Will not be renewing my lease.

    I love living here! The staff is friendly and my maintenance requests have always been answered within 24 hours. The property is well kept and the neighborhood itself is very quiet. I will definitely be renewing my lease in a couple of months.

  • Southwinds Pointe

    This complex is wonderful. We have recently changed management companies and the change was seamless. They have already begun to make upgrades and improvements within the community. It is very quiet and ideal for families as well as single residents. The location is also great. It is close to everything yet nestled in comfort so it doesn't feel busy.
