Not Luxury, extremely run down
May 2, 2025I will start with you will be the judge of this place. I can only speak of my experience. I lived in this complex for a year and a half. The sign in front claims it's a "luxury apartment" which it is not. At most this place should be rated a 2 star. The buildings are in need of serious renovations, the appliances, the building structures even the amenities they claim to have. Our tenancy here went through 3 different administrations which barely were able to repair and maintain the condition of ...this complex. This place is barely livable which is why I was only there for a half a year, it turned unsafe and untenable for my family. From an administration that did very little when we had concerns to my car being stolen from the parking lot of the complex. There was squatters the first year we lived there at one point living in their car and at each others throats , our neighbor was harassing us, gates broken for years which you are charged a "gate or parking" fee, there was even dumpster divers hanging in the trash area. The amenities are sad a dirty pool, broken down machines in the "gym" , doggy areas that are not well stocked or kept, dog poop everywhere and the tennis court is abandoned. It's extremely dark at night which is super unsafe especially with sketchy people hanging around.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Great Team!
January 17, 2024Since it's a new year and I may re-sign in a few months for a 5th year, I felt it was necessary to give the team the props they deserve. Tim does a great job any time something is needed and does a professional job managing a top tier crew. Jackie has been great since day one. She was extremely efficient during the onboarding and is super knowledgeable with the process. Jackie is a solid staple in this community and is very much appreciated for being here. Romaine and Chris help ensure the ...property is well maintained and do not hesitate to help in any way they can. They both keep the area clean, put together, and watch out for any issues that may arise. The entire team does a great job with the day to day! Do not rent here
July 9, 2022Place has gone down hill in the year and a half I have lived here , multitude of issues , property manager Tim does not care about tenets and even said “apartments are old what do you expect “. Leak for the last year , roaches do to multiple holes in plumbing , paint peeling in tub , Gate not working in the last year , car broken into and so much more. So please stay clear !! AMAZING STAFF!
July 28, 2020I moved here last September and since then anything that I needed done, it’s always been taken care of! I especially want to give a HUGE shoutout to the maintenance men Jesus and Ary! These are the nicest, precise and dedicated maintenance men I have come across out of all of the apartment I’ve lived in. They go above and beyond to make sure they the job is done RIGHT even if it’s 9pm! I appreciate their hard work and I really hope they know it does not go unnoticed!Reseña de Apartments.com
The Leasing Office staff makes all the difference

Find somewhere else to call home
April 13, 2020Not only is this complex very old the appliances are always an issue and very damaged . The porch railings are so loose and old that if you lean over you may just break your whole porch . The bath tub paint chips off and is musty . Please please check before you move in every vent & the walls it's so dusty that it doesn't it even look like the cleaned the apartment before you moved in!!!! Emergency maintenance request is LIKE TALKING TO A WALL! They come almost 24 hours later FYI . A Wonderful Place To Call Home!
August 28, 2019This is my 2nd year living at Sovereignty at Winter Park and I couldn’t be any happier!!! The apartments are spacious and beautiful, the landscape is always maintained and the pool is always sparkling. I have 3 children and have always felt safe here. I am so glad we can call this place our home! The best part of living here though is hands down the AMAZING staff! The leasing staff are nice, helpful and they go above and beyond for their tenants. They truly want you to be happy here and it shows. ...The maintenance staff is just as great and knows how to get the job done! If you need something fixed or replaced in your home, they are always right on it and get it done right the first time. All of these qualities make for a fabulous place to live!!! Great staff, great place
December 20, 2018I've lived here for two years, and the staff have been great the whole time. Tim and Adam put forth the effort of getting to know you as tenants, and they have been helpful on more occasions than I can count.
