I moved into Spectator not long after it first opened. I chose to stay here because it was a new development, modern, clean, and well lit. However, the honeymoon phase did not last long. Residents rarely pick up after their dogs in the dog park area which makes the space virtually unusable. The fire alarms are a constant issue, going off randomly at least once a week - day and night, without any reasonable explanation. As someone with a pet who is constantly being startled and
subjected to the
...constant alarms blaring , this has been a horrible inconvenience! During one of the many fire alarm instances, a firefighter informed me that the property is completely aware of what keeps triggering the systems. SMH.
Parking has been another constant issue. During the Braves season the complex’ s main focus was , how they can make more money. So they decided to sell parking in our VERY LIMITED guest parking area rather than hiring someone to make sure people weren’t parking here just to go to the game. Which in turn was making it impossible for actual guests to park here. On top of that , the gates only work somewhat consistently, there is nowhere near enough guest parking, and they have announced plans to require our guests to pay for parking. Which makes no sense for the location and price point .
All in all, save your money and time. Look elsewhere.
