Maintenance, safety and parking are all big concerns with this apartment complex. Discarded furnitures were left near the dumpster for almost a month, which already started rotten without anyone taking care of it. Nearly all the fire lanes are taken by resident cars, because often there are not enough parking spaces for the residents. Along entrance of the whole complex, almost everyday there are two lane of cars (obviously only one lane of parking space). Can a large fire truck come through if ...

The management company was so helpful in helping us get our place. Jaime couldn't of been more accommodating as we were trying to find an apartment. The place is spacious, great amenities and just an awesome space. Perfect location from everything you need. Short Hills mall is right down the road, with access to all other shopping only a few miles away. very happy to live here.

Had read many of the reciews before and decided to give it a go. Have not regretted it. Kevin was very helpfull, not only throughout the rental process (as anyone would be) - but also, helping to make sure all is working out as planned, helping getting things set up. Yes, the apartments might be “soundy” - but that is how it is to live in apartments. Never had any problems finding a place to park - been here for a month now. Were there issues, which needed to be attended to? Absolutely! And I ...
cannot recognize any pf the bad reviews - I send Kyle an e-mail, either he comes by shortly after, or tells me when he will fix it. Have not had to remind him once, and on top of that a very calm and easy-going person, easy to talk to. For Tony - one morning he installed the new intercom, I showed him an issue with insulation around the air-con - when I came home in the evening, it was fixed. What more can you expect? Now the issues have been sorted out, I am slowly settling in, getting to know the neighbourhood and enjoy my choice.

Heat is included, but completely uncontrollable in the winter time. It get's excruciatingly hot. Maintenance man is responsive but also is a full-time firefighter so not available around the clock. Dumpster and recycling locations is inconveniently located away from eachother. Barely any guest parking is available. They only have 1 designated spot for guests. location is convenient to neighboring towns.

Management team was great to deal with. Chatham downtown is lacking but it is in between great downtowns like Summit, Madison, Morristown, etc. The apartments are renovated but the buildings are still old and creaky. It gets extremely hot in the winter, can't control the heat so you'll be sleeping with windows open or the AC on. They have a lot of issues with water/gas so there are several times where you won't have working water. They do well to maintain the grounds but there is a lot of dog ...
poop everywhere. Someone leaves little signs to notate that it its there. Main street does get loud - parking is not good for guests. Walls are extremely thin so be ready to hear your neighbors, even in an upstairs apartment.

Heat is free but uncontrollable. Parking is very very limited for guests, if at all. Lots of dog waste on the grounds.

FYI, all of the 5 star reviews are from people who are part of/relatives of the management team. They went through 4 property managers in a matter of 6 months. Best thing about this property is the maintenance man, Kyle. There is dog poop everywhere on premise. Literally everywhere. The water is disgusting and full of gross white minerals. You have no control over the heat so it is either ridiculously freezing or devilishly hot. Avoid this place. Must nicer apartments down the road in ...
