My partner and I chose this new property because it looks upscale, offers a 2 car garage, it is pet friendly and we actually get a private fenced yard. We were assured that by the time we moved in the amentities advertised would be completed and ready, our grass and fence would be installed, 10 weeks later we are still waiting. As soon as we moved in we discovered major plumbing issues, no grass or fence, we found another tenants belongings stored in our garage and they had our garage door
...opener, we've had electrical issues, plumbing issues, sewer smells, the plank flooring throughout the unit is coming unglued, one of our toilets is still not working. When we hung our clothes in the closets the shelving pulled out of the walls. The dog wash, car wash, dog parks aren't ready. They talked up Dish fiber and said it was reliable, come to find out they've had to reimburse people because of how unreliable it has been. I work from home and the unreliability has required me to find other sources of internet more times than I can count. I put in service requests only to be told it's warranty work and they can't give me a timeliness for repairs. Be wary, don't believe their promises and don't sign a lease.
