Alexan Apartment by Greystar made us feel we are truly at home after losing our House in 2012. It made an easy, even fun transition for my 9-year old. We love its floor plans & amenities like the all year round pools with outdoor grills, its 24 hour gym, the club house with free use of computers & office supplies/equipments. ...Anik & Aaron. It also has a dog park & is pet friendly. For those with kids, it is walking distance to two great schools, Mary Burks Marek Elementary & Nolan Ryan Middle School. My son goes to Marek which has exemplary rating since he was First Grade. He just love the caring staff & teachers. It's also perfect if you're in the health profession as it is close to the top major healthcare systems in Texas like CHI St.Luke's, Methodist, Memorial Hermann, HCA. My work in the ER is literally just across my apartment. It's community called Pearland is booming as it's just 15 miles from the Medical Center & Houston. It's neighborhood is safe & is accessible to everything you'll ever need like pharmacies, groceries, shopping centers, convenience stores & great restaurants. I would highly recommend Alexan apt. as here, we feel that we are home and to me, that is everything when it comes to finding a place to live & rest after a long busy day at work.
