100% wouldn’t recommend
July 20, 2025I want to first start by saying this has been the worst experience ever being that this is my first apartment. From the beginning, we were painted a fairytale picture, but once we moved in, it was a complete nightmare. From maintenance requests not being done correctly or in a timely manner, to our neighbors stomping all times of the night making so much noise, they state we have quiet hours, but never enforced them. I requested the address for the leasing office since it’s not available ...online and was given the run around, but never given the address. Pest control is truly a joke, if you view around the apartment windows there are rips in the screens and screens that do not fit allowing bugs to get into the apartment. This was never addressed or replaced and I basically had to spray for myself yet we pay for pest control. Then I overpaid on my rent. They stated they were not able to issue me a refund back on my card so they would have to issue me a check. I have told them this on 06/20/2025 and it is currently 07/14/2025. They claim their accounting department is located in Virginia. I have asked for an update or a tracking number so I can ensure my check is in route like they said and it seems that they never put in a request for it. The property manager, Ana, then proceeds to ask me what day am I going to move out like that mattered a month later I still have not received my check and they don’t have a tracking number for it. In my perspective, it’s giving you were not trying to give me my money until I moved out from you asking me that question and me still have not receiving my money. On top of that my car got broken into 7/11/25, I asked the manager to review the camera so I can make a police report. She stated she searched for hours and did not see any evidence of anyone breaking into my car., I then proceeded to ask her if I could review the cameras myself because clearly someone did break into my car because my car has been broken into. She states that she’ll review the cameras again and then all of a sudden she has the footage of someone breaking into my car. I would not recommend this apartment to anyone it’s overpriced with no amenities and it’s like they don’t care about their residence at all.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Worth the Cost
November 15, 2024I have lived at Stellas Place Apartments for a few months and couldn't be happier. The workers are always friendly and responsive. My dishwasher died, but they ordered and installed a new one immediately. I feel safe and respected at this complex. The only utility they don't include is electricity, which is a steal for the price. Couldn't recommend more!Reseña de Apartments.com
Poor management and not safe
April 25, 2024Never expect any hospitality. The management office is not interested in your quality of life. My unit had an HVAC issue for more than two months. They provided a small portable AC and thought they did their best. The HVAC issue happened to the opposite and next units. Your rent will increase by 4% annually and automatically. You need to inform your intention to vacate 120 days before the termination day. Otherwise, you will be asked to pay three months rent for the next year term. For ...example, if your current term left three and a half months and want to vacate on the termination date of the current term, you will be told that you owe three months' pay for the next term. Not a safe place. You can hear sounds from a pub parking lot. Noise cars and music will keep you bothered after midnight.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Horrible place to live.
May 11, 2023The current property management is horrible. The property manager is unprofessional, aggressive and incompetent at his job to be honest. The A/C units at this property are inconsistent and go out often during the summer months. The entire building was without air conditioning for four days at one point. Theft is a problem in this area, cars are broken into quite often.
