    This property is amazing. Yes, it is aged. Although the maintenance team is fantastic. They're quick to any "fix it" reports. The pools are always kept clean as well as the property itself. I personally have the most incredible and friendly neighbors. I love this location and will not be leaving any time soon!

  • My First Apartment

    I moved in here 3 months ago and I can't even begin to tell you what a great place this is!!!! It's absolutely beautiful, & the move in cost plus rent is greatly affordable! With all the amenities that come in the complex, the peace and quiet, along with friendly neighbors, I truly love living in these apartments! Thanm You to the amazing staff here at Stone Ridge

    When I first moved in 2017 I thought the place was amazing. It has beautiful views of the mountains all around however that was short lived. At 2 in the morning someone was beating on doors profusely and awakened me. I called the police and to my surprise this was not the first time this had occurred. After speaking with neighbors someone lived in the complex that sold drugs and strangers would pop in and out on the property because it is so open. Not to mention its been about 4 months since I ...

  • Stay away!

    I lived here at Stone Ridge for 10 years since 2008. I paid my rent always on time, have been a good tenant, and never had ANY complaints against me (except from former tenants that were stoners and alcoholics and cause enough trouble to be kicked out). Every year, I was offered a lease renewal. Needless to say, I LOVED living here. Former managers Julie, and Tameri were good people. Maintenance crew Nancy and Bert were awesome people. If there was a maintenance issue, it would be fixed right ...
    away. If A/C or heating was out and it couldn't be fixed that day, they would put you in a hotel until fixed. When Allmark owned the Stone Ridge, things ran smooth. Now new owners MEB have taken over and new manager Emily. Sadly ever since they did things went downhill. And now, I have to leave because MEB will not renew my lease. They didn't give me an opportunity to ASK if I wanted to renew or not. MEB thinks I am not happy here. WRONG! I WAS happy living here. I'm not HAPPY with MEB or Emily and how they run the place. Several tenants and former tenants that are also good friends of mine have had maintenance issues NOT resolved. One is filing a lawsuit. It is sad to say I will miss Stone Ridge. But not MEB or Emily. STAY AWAY from the Stone Ridge Apts!!

  • AMAZING PLACE TO LIVE!

    Great place to live! Everyone is so friendly, the staff is amazing. They do stuff for us on the holidays which makes my husband and I feel welcomed here. If you have a concern, they are always there to listen and help. Maintenance is always on time and they are friendly as well. Been year for almost 2 years, I love it :-)

    I would like to start off by making a comment on the person's review that claimed about being charged $900 and not getting their deposit back when they moved out but apparently did all that extra work to get their deposit back. -I don't believe it. IF it were true.. then why didn't you fight it? The wall patch charge that was apparently there when you moved in and the carpet being "7" that you had professionally cleaned but was charged for? This sounds like a fake review OR one sided. There are ...
    laws that protect renters and landlords and obviously this person knows a little something but isn't utilizing it. Furthermore, the people that read that review and believed it... do your homework. This apartment complex is owned by corporate, not a private owner. This does not sound like something a business would nor COULD do. I've lived here for over 6 years and have loved every day of being here. From the day I chose my apartment to my move in day everything was just so easy and stress free. I didn't have to worry about moving into filth, having to clean before moving my stuff in, or the apartment having ugly or broken things. (like other places I've moved into here in town) They took care of everything! (even my special requests) My moving day was the most stress free moving day I've ever had. Like I said, I've been here for 6 years and have contemplated moving out of state but I won't find the same great neighbors that I have, or have the confidence knowing that the next complex will take care of me. The women in the office have been super professional and helpful with anything I throw at them. The maintenance men are so helpful, fast, and take care of everything! They started employing a cleaning lady to clean the outside areas about a year ago and now this place sparkles all the time. Lets not forget about our landscaper, Juan... he is so hardworking and really helps keep the grass, trees, bushes..everything tidy. We all, here, just love him! Additionally, I'd like to add that I know many people that have moved from here and none of them had any problems with their deposits. If they had a charge for anything, it was because it was legitimate. Which is another reason I think the person who posted about their charges isn't telling the truth. As anyone reading this review can tell, I obviously love living here and have since day one. If you're looking for an apartment, I would only recommend these! Hopefully I'll get to call you my neighbor!

  • Great place to live

    We've lived here 2 years and love it. The area we are located in is very quiet, peaceful and safe. We love the layout of our 1 bedroom apartment and the fact we have our own covered parking space and there is extra parking available. There are also studios and 2 bedroom apartments. The casinos are just minutes away, shopping is a few miles away, but far enough there isn't a lot of traffic here. The grounds are neat. Maintenance is prompt and very adequate.     community events quite regular like a pool party early summer, bingo nights, movie nights, ect... The community is very friendly. It's a great place for snowbirds as there are a lot here in the winter. Our laundry rooms are clean along with the gym and pools and barbecues. I love that we can use them anytime. There is even a playground for children. One thing I don't see in this area much that we have here is some grass in some areas. We are so glad we chose Stone Ridge Apartments.

    Stone Ridge Apartments is an excellent community to live in. Staff is welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist with resident needs. They offer monthly activities to assist with getting to know our neighbors and common areas are well maintained. There are two pools and spas that are open year around! Did I mention there are THREE grills available as well?! Great place to live!

    Stone Ridge is not only an excellent value for the quality of apartment it is also a complex that offers the best staff I have ever encountered. They are always friendly greeting you by name. Maintenance requests are handled incredibly quickly. The surrounding grounds are kept beautifully landscaped and the pool is always immaculate. I have lived here over 5 years and this is by far the nicest experience I have ever had in apartment living.

    I wasn't able to go to Bullhead this year, but I talked to the staff. In the future I will use Stone Ridge. The staff was wonderful to talk to and very helpful without the application process.
