Summer Brook apartments are amazing !! Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Very nice and quiet as well as a safe place to live. Maintenance is always so helpful as for the ladies in the front office! Definitely will always recommend Summer Brook to any family & friends looking for a home. Me and my boyfriend are going on our second lease and we absolutely are thrilled to continue to be with the Summer Brook community!

My wife and I have lived here for over a year and we have thoroughly enjoyed our time. The community is close knit and looks after each other! Morgan and London & the maintenance team are fantastic people who care about the things you need or need fixed. Which is not always the case at other places we have lived. Excellent service here! The property is very quiet but also very socially involved. Laundry facilities are always clean, parking is great & Customer service from the office staff is amazing. Location is Central Longview, City Center, off of one of the main walking trails & off the main drag Loop 281 - which is one of the main interests for myself and my partner.
