The title says it all....office staff is rude, owner cheap and maintenance lazy and at least one of the complexes has bed bugs. Since it's an apartment complex they don't just stay in that specific apartment, they spread like the pests they are

The only good thing to say about this place is that at the beginning (4 years ago) the apartments were decent but now they are in total disrepair. Complained several times to management about neighbor's music that was so loud it rattled the floor but nothing was ever done.

These apartments are old and falling apart. The landlord refuses to fix anything no matter how long you have lived there. Spend a little more and go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!

WORST OF THE WORST!!!! This place used to be decent but is now nothing more than a slum. The office manager Lauren does the best she can but the owner refuses to put any money into upkeep, so aging apartments are quickly turning into dumps. Common areas like stairwells and hallways are left untouched for months (I've watched these webs growing for months now.) If you need maintenance work done, expect it to be done cheaply, not properly . They leave notes every few months about AC filters being ...
changed, but the maintenance man showed me that mine hasn't been changed for over 6 months (the owner is the one supposedly changing them). Maintenance does seem to have a habit of letting himself in without even knocking at times and no one ever leaves a note to let you know they've been in your apartment when you aren't home. The landlord will fine you for every little thing possible, some of the charges are beyond petty!!! The neighborhood is far from safe, drug dealers are everywhere and police seem to be regulars at neighboring apartments owned by the same guy. Can't get out of here fast enough!!!!!

I moved to l Richmond, Kentucky to Roanoke, Virginia and I came across a very nice apartment complex located off the highway exit of 220 . I love living in the area my apartment complex is located in because, I have access to the shopping malls, and all the dinning out area's. It's very convenient for those who use public transportation as well because, the bus line is right down the street from my apartment complex.
My apartment is a very spacious place which is nice and quiet and rent ...
is very reasonable. Every apartment comes with washer and dryer hook ups and extra storage off the balcony. They also have a coin laundromat right there on site located to the rental office. Summer tree Apartments was a true gem to find in the Roanoke, Virginia area.
