Great community and Staff
August 15, 2025 - Reseña de Apartments.comI love this community. I've never had any issues and Misty and Wendy have always been a joy to talk to when I come into the office. Yes they ask questions about payments being made since I'm behind, but they are never rude about it. They are willing to work with you to get caught up. I keep seeing reviews on roaches, they have pest control all you have to do is sign up for it. Also the maintenance guy José is so nice and gets everything done so fast. I love this place and the staff.

Great Community, Amazing Maintenance Team, but Office Could Improve
July 21, 2025 - Reseña de Apartments.comI’ve had mostly great experiences living here, especially thanks to the amazing maintenance tech, Jose. He’s always on top of everything professional, respectful, and quick to respond. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, which is super helpful, and he never makes us feel uncomfortable in our own home. Easily one of the best maintenance workers I’ve ever dealt with. Wendy, the property manager, is also wonderful , kind, understanding, and always willing to help when something comes ...up. The man who takes care of the property cleaning is also incredibly kind and always does a great job keeping the complex clean and well-maintained. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and it really shows. That said, getting to Wendy isn’t always easy, because of Misty, the front desk secretary. Unfortunately, she comes off as very standoffish, not just to me but to many other residents as well. It makes walking into the office feel tense and uncomfortable, which is disappointing when the rest of the team is so welcoming. Even though the outside of the complex might not look like much, the inside is very safe. There’s a strong sense of community here the residents know each other, look out for one another, and treat each other with kindness and respect. That makes a big difference in day-to-day living. Overall, a good place to live and it would be even better if the front office experience matched the kindness and professionalism of the rest of the staff and community.Leer Más
Very nice management, great upkeep & maintenance

The current owners/management have been very nice & understanding and are willing work with me threw any issue I may have. And that's a great quality for management to have especially when times are tuff. The outside if the buildings may not look the best and there is no central ac but Apartments look great on the inside and are newly refurbished. I have no issues trying to get anything fixed when ...necessary nor do I have any issues with bugs or any infestations. If your looking for something with friendly management and clean apartments, beautiful grass and excellent upkeep with landscaping and cleanliness then this is a solid choice. Having lived here for a while and going threw a few managers I can tell you it make a big difference whether or not you have good management. In conclusion I have no complaints and enjoy living here. The neighbors are friendly, Apartments are clean and it feels safe at night, you cant ask for more then that. I appreciate wendy & misty for all the help and always being kind. And thanks to jose the maintenance guy for always willing to fix any issues I have come acrossLeer Más

You can ask Michelle about anything and she will respond to you quickly, the prior leasing consultant was rude, snobby and made you feel like you were a child in trouble, Michelle is compassionate and understanding, she isn't in a rush to kick you out if you're a little behind, instead she understands. I will definitely miss Michelle and can only hope and pray that whoever takes her position is just as compassionate. ...Michelle has made is feel safe to live here and is quick to respond to any and all requests, even after hours. Is it worth it?
August 25, 2024 - Reseña de Apartments.comIt’s been a love and hate relationship with this property. But the hate comes from having lived here before when they had prior management. Obviously the before is what made me leave. Then I came back after a few years. At first I was skeptical because of the problems like pest control, the people that had lived there before hand, management employees and management it’s self. I only got a year with Yadira, when I first moved back. Which made me slightly more comfortable to the property once ...more. But let me tell you… after they changed hands once more I was ready to run for the hills. I was scared of the same down fall. For once I was glad that management didn’t hold up to those expectations. After one of the rainiest years, property management had to deal with years of neglect from previous owners and they worked FAST. The summer came and my door cracked, they replaced it, the A/C went down, they got me a new one. There was a sudden on set of these unsettling pink worms just popping up randomly, Guess what. The moment I went to tell Michelle, she already knew what the problem was and let me know that they were spraying the following day. Property management is quick to put notes on each door to let people know when water is being shut off, inspections, maintenance etc. I used to get annoyed at the fact that trash got picked up twice a week, but now I just enjoy quickly tossing my trash in the dumpster closest to the door without having to walk all the way in and find an empty enough dumpster. Finally, security cameras and alarms work very well. I used to park outside the gates but after getting side swiped I decided to rent a second parking. Management was helpful with that transition and helped me figuring out who it was. Like I said it’s a love and hate relationship and right now I love it.Leer Más

November 21, 2023 - Reseña de Apartments.comWhen we first moved in it was great. Then they switched owners and everything has gone so downhill. Want to have visitors? Too bad theres absolutely no parking for them to use, theres barely parking for you to use. And if you do park on the property, expect your car to be towed. Even out of the spots you PAY for $75-$150. Don't forget to add that to your budget when they tell you how much rent is. They also don't pay the bills you pay them for. Our dumpsters haven't been emptied in over a month, ...the trash is piled so high, all over the ground, its a mess and pretty disgusting, so much for the pest control we have to pay monthly for, kind of pointless when theres constant trash piled up. If water is being turned off for maintenance, you don't get notified, they just do it and hope your not showering or using the water i guess. And then when you email about it, they'll give you a sassy response and tell you to give them 2-3 hours to get it back working. So hopefully you don't have soap in your hair. Its also in your rent to have to pay for best control but the bugs are SO bad, and they wont come spray inside for you. I deep clean my house daily, bleach, mop, scrub, trash out every night, i make sure our apartment is prestine, but we still have bugs all over every day. Ive spent well over $100 on bug spray, traps, etc.. to try to help the situation, but it doesnt help, since the managers dont try to help or do anything about it. They also lied and said they would have the exterminator come in, and then didnt tell them. The list could go on and on, but pay the extra $200 in rent if you can and go to the apartments beside this building. Or anywhere else. Ill admit the rent price here is the lowest ive found, but after adding all the bills and charges they charge we still end up spending close to $2,000/month.Leer Más

Incompetent staff
November 13, 2021 - Reseña de Apartments.comMe and my significant other were under the assumption we would be living in a DECENT area but we were wrong. Many bad things with this complex. Save your money, theirs better places. Lots of stealing, got our bikes stolen 4 times and management did NOTHING in regards to the situation and don't check their cameras and claim to have security but don't. False claims regarding what renters owe and don't owe, and later trying to charge "late fees". No parking and try to increase rent $200+ in 9 months ...time period. Never clean their pools either and only allowed 2 day parking or get towed. No space or opportunities to purchase another parking space.Leer MásProperty Manager Responded

How It Just Gets Better.....

As this community was built approximately 49 years ago, it stands to reason property management was faced with the task of major upgrades, repair/replacement of underground water/plumbing , roofing, landscaping, individual unit repairs, appliances, cleaning, securing terrace structure, painting of units, and upgrades.... as well, witnessed Raquel, onsite mgmt, encouraging residents to submit work orders, as ...maintenance staff, Miquel, Maria, addressed in a timely manner as possible. Per Covid19 safety guidelines, inconvenience was true, however, began to effectively be available for residents needs...Thank you Raquel for reaching out with your knowledge of agencies, such as Unitedlifts Covid19 assistance program. A Comfortable and Happy Place!!!!
October 16, 2015 - Reseña de Apartments.comI lived here for 1 year and a 1/2 in a 2 bedroom apartment. I was absolutely comfortable and happy living there. The staff here at Heacock Park are amazing. What I like about them is that they are on top of their maintenance repairs. The neighbors are really friendly as well, I have never had a problem with anyone. The apartments might look old but they are nice and the fact that they are really affordable is even better, it's no wonder why they are always occupied!!! The bathroom is quite big everything is proportioned almost perfectly. rent was very fair when I started but it went up $100 in the past 2 years. The area is very quiet the neighbors are friendly and the apartment manager is very reasonable.
