I've tried to hold off reviewing here, but it's been a pain from the beginning. I have been here since June 2023, when I moved in, within the first two weeks, all of my cabinets had fallen off because they used too short of screws. No washer in the first week because they forgot to turn my water on. The garbage situation is just AWFUL, there is constantly overflowing trash laying
...around, attracting all sorts of squirrels and birds. Speaking of which, birds are nesting in my walls! And the woodpecker bangs on my walls all morning long. I have asked multiple times for help, but they've told me they don't know what to do. I have no fire alarm either despite multiple reports of this. Management has changed three times since I've lived here, and my rent is $600 higher than the people who moved in before me. Make that make sense. Amenities like the gym are only available 9-5 monday to friday, and last summer the pool never opened. It has been left uncovered all winter, so we'll see if it opens this summer. Overall, I ignored a low star review when I moved here, and I deeply regret that. I feel I am grossly overpaying for bad living conditions.
