As for maintenance, they are trying to get everything fixed and up to code, which has resulted in many inspections while we were not home. They are usually prompt about fixing small things, but in my opinion, the apartments should probably be demolished and rebuilt. Our patio was falling apart when we moved in and it took them over 6 months to fix it. We couldn't walk out there without worrying if it was going to collapse on our downstairs neighbor while he was also on his patio. You could literally see it buckle under your step with all the cracks in the concrete. The same thing is happening to the outside walk way just to try to get into our apartment. They have not fixed this yet and the carpet in our bedroom is loose which makes me think the same cracking and crumbling is happening in there too. The staff is friendly and helpful, but overall we are just ready to go.
