Best Apartment Offering in Northville!!!
January 24, 2025I don’t usually write reviews, but my experience with Swan Harbor was so exceptional that I felt compelled to share. If you’re considering making this your home, I can confidently say it’s an outstanding choice. From lease signing to move-out, Diane and Michelle in the leasing office were incredible—always responsive, helpful, and professional. Their dedication, along with the outstanding maintenance team, made my time here seamless and stress-free. The apartment itself was well-built and ...meticulously maintained. With today’s skyrocketing rent prices, I never felt like I was overpaying for the quality I received. The community was equally impressive—welcoming neighbors and a friendly atmosphere made it feel like home. The location is unbeatable. Just minutes from beautiful downtown Northville, it’s easily accessible by car or even a scenic walk. Plus, the variety of shopping and dining options in Livonia is just a short drive away. I could go on about why Swan Harbor is the best apartment complex in Northville, but I’ll leave it at this—don’t hesitate to sign that lease! A huge thank you to the Swan Harbor team for making my girlfriend’s and my leasing experience so enjoyable and hassle-free. Great Place to Live! Clean, Safe, and Friendly
May 30, 2023My wife and I have officially moved into our new home, but lived at Swan Harbour for 6 years. We were always provided with a safe, clean, and friendly environment. We never had any issues with noise and any maintenance requests were addressed timely and professionally. We wanted to say thank you for giving us the opportunity to save for our dream home. Not a great apartment and staff
June 9, 2019The apartment complex is old. The floors creeks a lot, appliances and carpet are old too. The heater doesn’t work properly and filters are old too. The manager and the staff are not well coordinated. The manager is a rude person to talk and treats residents and customer in an unwelcome manner. One star is just for the location as it’s closer to downtown and other essential stores. Our experience of staying here was terrible. Called Us The Morning We Were Supposed to Move In ...
November 20, 2017Don't know if this is the same management/ ownership as when this happened some years ago, but on the morning I was supposed to move to the apartments, I got a call that the apt. "wasn't ready." THE MORNING I WAS SUPPOSED TO MOVE! I was packed up. Utilities had been changed. The apt. I had been in had been notified weeks before that I was vacating. Relatives had come from out-of-town to help with the move, and were already on their way that morning to pick up a rental truck. I had to scramble to ...stop them & most of all to see if the apt. Nice Apartment & Great Management
January 31, 2017Although I will be moving for work-related reasons within the month, I wanted to take the opportunity to write a positive review for Swan Harbour. The apartment is wonderful and management has been very responsive over the course of the past year. Utilities are incredibly affordable and the parking lots (one covered space is provided for each apartment) are well-lit and tended properly during the winter months. There are washers and dryers included in the units and the appliances are in fine ...working order. The location is also convenient as it is less than a mile to downtown Northville as well as around a mile to grocery and shopping centers. September 10, 2013My husband and I lived here from 2011-2012. We decided to move closer to his job, so that's why we were only there for one year. The apartments were updated during that year, I believe each apartment has new doorwall's [very nice compared to the older ones that were drafty and hard to open], as well as new window's. Each tennent has a carport [the carport's are well lit at night], and I believe each unit has a washer and dryer. They aren't full sized, but you adjust, and it was fine for our ...family of four [toddler and newborn]. The staff is wonderful, they were always very helpful and pleasant. They also took care of any issues pretty quickly. We had our garbage disposal back up on us, maintenance came out quickly and had it resolved. The glass to our shower stall shattered, I still don't understand how that happened since we didn't abuse it. But I called right away and Chris had some one out there I believe the same day. The electricity went out on us in the summer for about 4-6 hours, at the end of the day. This was resolved the same day. Relief! The pool is very nice. The neighbor's are very nice. I wish they had a walk way attached to the one on Silver Spring's Dr. It was annoying to pack the kids and stroller up in the car to go for a walk. The walls are pretty thin as well, luckly ou neighbor's were pretty quiet. They may have changed their amenities since we lived there, but they don't provide a microwave. The stove is electric, my dishwasher was up to date looking. The amenities worked well. Over all I loved Swan Harbour. I wish we could move back! No place is perfect, but the management at Swan Harbour seems to care and want to take good care of they're people.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
