My feedback after a month of living here originally this was not my first choice for apartments because if your from p.c u know it's gotta bad repp but I had heard that they were going up on rent and trying to get the crappy people out so I figured I'd give it a shot seeing that I do have a couple good friends that live here. Before we actually even moved in our stuff kept getting switched around from one apartment that was a bottom floor which we wanted to a second floor. by the 3 or 4th time
...of moving our move in date we finally move in to a apartment that is totally NOT move in ready! nothing had been cleaned,painted there was no blinds old furniture on the porch NO AC!! Ect ... so needless to say it was the worst move in that I've ever experienced .. I gave them a couple weeks which they did end up fixing everything and giving us $200 off rent the first month. But then i began to notice a serious infestation of roaches !! Which they had pest control out here but it's not going to make a difference cause roaches are in the whole building and the kids leave food in the breezeway at ALL TIMES which isn't helping at all !! And yesterday after working a 10 hour shift I came home to a note on my door of a notice violation of "cigarettes " which FYI I'm kinda OCD and super clean !!! I do smoke yes but there is a ash tray on the porch which gets emptied almost everyday plus we're hardly ever home to even smoke cigs anyways we both work 40plus hours a week ..? The note says I would charged $25 per cig if maintenance has to clean up again . Which totally shocked me cause never do I flick my cigs and I will not be paying for someone else's trash !!! Overall not pleased with the first month. I'll write another review on my 3 or 6 months of being here hope it gets better!! *finger crossed *
