Please do not ever live here. I started living here Aug 8, 2019. It is now Nov 23, 2019 and I have had to put in more than one work order a month. Their maintenance crew is absolutely idiotic. It took them FOUR DAYS in the middle of AUGUST to figure out that the reason why my AC was broken was because they needed to flip a breaker. This was after multiple different crew members came to the apartment and told me to my face as I was sweating that there was nothing wrong and that the best they could
...do was put a window unit in (which did absolutely nothing). I had to get my shower handle replaced the second month in because it wouldn’t turn, just spun around loosely. The AC broke a third time in mid October, and the windows weren’t sealed properly so when a storm came through my living room floors were covered in water. They still to this day have not come and fixed it. And now, as of a week ago I have a RAT PROBLEM. They told me it would be fixed a week from when I called because “the exterminators only come on Thursdays”. It is now Saturday, two days after the supposed exterminators were supposed to come and I just had to put in ANOTHER work order to get rid of them. Do not waste your money here, do not ever live here. AVOID at all costs!
