    Only cons :The management is never there . She barely answers , and unless you threaten with calling the owner it’s hard to get things repaired through her. We repair things ourselves most times because the maintenance is spread so thin. Not to mention they have a big roach issue .Other than that, they’re very big for the price and it’s very quiet I love that. It’s better than all the apartments and Needles. Just be prepared to do things yourself.

    Not enough maintenance people for the size of the complex. So it isn't properly maintained. Manager is rarely in the office and very hard to reach.

    nice apartments, lots of space, big bathrooms, on the bus route. but the town has no real grocery store

    These are clean, quiet apartments, set above the main town. The public areas are well maintained. There is a pool and two laundry rooms. The apartments are large with open areas between buildings. Great for pets. Public transportation just across the street. Close to churches, library, and hospital.
