Mikell is amazing and attentive to all of my needs. She was very professional while giving us a tour of the property, followed up with us, and provided us with a welcome gift when we moved in. Also Alex (maintenance) is always prompt when it comes to work orders that I've sent in. I'm so glad I decided to make this place my home! I always feel safe knowing that there are security cameras, and it's always quiet and cozy. Definitely recommend!

Though the complex is right off of I-10, it is very peaceful. Apartment staff are always courteous to the residents, and do everything in their power to accommodate what is needed for your stay to be as pleasurable as possible. The communication between residents and staff is clear and understanding. I especially enjoy how you're able to receive and send text messages for times when I am unable to communicate over the phone. My only dislike is that there are only 2 dumpsters in the entire ...
complex, and they are both placed at the entrances of the complex, which in turn, somewhat puts a disadvantage to the residents that reside in the back of the complex. Other than the one disadvantage, Terrace Vine is a great place to reside.

I have lived here for 7 months now, and I have found that the manager is very nice and friendly. I have only met the maintenance man once when I could not figure out the A/C control. My old apartment had a dial control not a digital one. He was very nice and explained how to program my controls. I read the one review where they said every thing was wrong and bad here, That is just mot true. They must have had some serious personal problems or financial problem problems. I have lived in three ...
different apartments and this is the best apartment I have had and has the nicest manager of all of them.

I took a tour of Terrae Vine and I was really impressed. Nice, friendly manager, and the property looked great. The apartment I saw was beautiful. Newly renovated with new appliances, I was ready to move today. But my current lease is not up for 7 more weeks. I hope they have an apartment available for me then.

Very nice staff, well maintained newly updated apartments, nice grounds, no noise and very safe place to live. The manager is very nice and always helps you with whatever you need. She responds very quickly to your requests. The maintenance is very nice as well and this a very pet friendly complex! I recommend this complex to anyone from a single person to a family with kids!

We are very happy with our new apartment! It was very clean and renovated. The appliances were very updated. The apartment manager is a very friendly lady. Our maintenance man is the best. He came to our apartment for a work order and went above and beyond to solve our issue! The complex is very friendly and quiet. They are pet friendly also! I would recommend these apartments for anyone with a family. Great place!!!!

I must say I enjoy living here. Everything is well kept. And when I have a problem as far as the disposal getting stuck because I left an avocado seed , they come right away to fix it. I recommend these apartments if your also looking for something quiet and calm. Rooms are spacious & so is the living room, and the new updated floors are nice, lots of storage & the closets are nice size.Great experience so far.

Been here a couple of months now and so far its been pleasant. Manager is friendly and easy to talk to. The resident portal is easy to use as well for work orders, email etc. It's been a great first rent experience.
