April 22, 2021The management in the office switches round quite frequently, so it’s hard to form a relationship with any specific person. However they have always been flexible, and kind. I loved here for years with my mother, and now live on my own in a separate unit. They worked with me when I first got my apartment. Any issues I have they resolve quite quickly. The community is amazing if you reach out to your neighbors and get to know them and their families! WORST PLACE TO RENT
March 14, 2021I've been here alil over a year it wasn't so bad at first but now there is roaches everywhere there's always loud music on the weekends and some week days they run through managers like crazy this is already the 4th manager being on this property since I've been living here there's always traffic with vehicles when coming into the property even though it's assigned parking people park right in front of your assigned parking...my kids and I can't ever take a shower with out the water turning ...really hot or really cold rent goes up every year...when it rains it gets really flooded in the front intrance supposedly management was supposed to fix the whole front area and failed to do so I definitely will not be renewing my lease when it's time to renew....if your off on weekends come by towards the night time and you will see for yourself how it is every weekend loud music men standing around drinking beer cans thrown outside.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

Would not recommend
March 28, 2020Staff in the office, are the worst. Maintenance is right there with them. Parking is a headache even tho you’re assigned to one. Security is extremely bad. It says manager on site. That is a huge!!!! Lie!!!!! Take the time and look for another place to live.Reseña de Apartments.com
HORRIBLE PLACE
November 10, 2019Parking is horrible. Get ready to deal with no parking spots unless reserved. And if you’re in 1 bed only one parking can be reserved. We live infront of the park and get ready for the kids to kick soccer baseball tennis balls to your window: have made several police reports. Have even contacted the office multiple times and they do nothing. We haven’t had got water in 3 days! That’s insane. They don’t about you here. Just want your money ( rent and parking ) they’ll sure be happy for that. But ...to fix water they won’t answer office nothing. We cannot wait to move out. not good
May 14, 2016Think twice about living here. These apartments are cheap, but you get what you pay for. Also, the new management is not very helpful. Let me note a few issues with the infrastructure and superstructure: Firstly, the sewage system here is horrible. The toilets clog up pretty often, and they can stay clogged for an entire day. It has been like this for the past few years. This problem has not been fixed, and doesn't seem it will be fixed any time soon. I believe the boiler was upgraded, but in ...the past few years, the hot water would go out pretty often and for days too. Secondly, there is a mice infestation in my building that has been going on for atleast 2 years now. Mice are disease carriers, so if you have toddlers or small children, this is a major issue. They get on everything! I find them in the stove, top of the fridge, pantry, living area, dining area, kitchen area, etc. They chew anything. New management claims to be fixing the outside to keep them out, but the rodents are living inside the walls. When will that be addressed? Not anytime soon. Thridly, the workers are not very good at working effeciently. This may seem like a nonissue, but let me explain. Just yesterday they began to pressure-wash my door, patio, and even windows. The force of the water is so strong, it spilled water mixed with mud into my door and windows! This is the resident's problem of course so I cleaned up after them. Get used to this because it happens often with other projects they might be working on. Finally, the worst issue about these apartments is the parking situation. It's 1 spot per apartment. That is all they accomedate. If you have more than 1 car, you must park in the guest spots, but there are only 7. So you have to race home to get a spot. If not, you must park in akward places that can get your car towed like mine. Also, the parking lot itself is bad. The ground is not level at all. It has holes and bumps everywhere, and it's mostly mud instead of asphalt. For whatever the reason, they prioratized painting the apartments over addressing the sewage and parking lot problem. Residents don't care about looks, but good service. Overall, the experience here is not very good. Little complaints may very well be discared and dismissed by the staff. As I have mentioned, these apartments are probably the cheapest around, but prepare to pay for more in the long run.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

May 13, 2016Think twice about renting here. Cheap apartments, but you get what you pay for. The new management is horrid. As long as they get their agenda done, your complaints mean very little. Issues you might experience: Firstly, the sewage system here is terrible. Toilets get clocked often, and it can last and entire day or longer. I believe they have upgraded the boiler, but don't discard the possibilty. In the last 4 years I have lived here, hot water goes out often. Plus pressure is very low. ...Secondly, there is so much mice, atleast in my apartment. They get inside and on everything! My stove, top of my fridge, countertops, pantry, living area, dining area, etc. They have nibbled everything. They claim to be making repairs on the outside to keep them out, which is ideal, but when will this be complete? What about the mice inside? Keep in mind these cute rodents are disease carriers.If you have small children, or even adults, this is an issue. Thirdly, parking situation is the worst here. It's 1 spot per apartment. If you live by yourself it's fine. But if you live with parents it's not. You will have to race home to find a spot since there are very few guest spots. Our car has been towed already for parking incorrectly. But where else can we park? Regardless, it will be your fault, so beware. I spoke with the manager this afternoon to ask about a mat the workers ruined, and I could tell she was not very interested in listening to me. To be fair, they placed a warning, but practically speaking they could have moved the mat. She dismissed everything I said, and that's that. What I mean is, you can tell when someone is really being sincere and wants to help, but she was not. Overall, this is my experience, it may not be yours. Also, I'm not angry :) I'm content where I am, always. However, we need to be realistic. Many feel this way too. I know because I have asked others.
