  • THIS IS NOT WHERE YOU WANT TO LIVE!

    So I had an emergency yesterday with my stove called the number for someone to come and check it out and no one called me back after about an hour I called 911 to come, spoke with the fire chief and they turned the breaker off and unplugged the stove. Why have an emergency number if no one responds to the calls. Clear Property Management is very poor in managing the complex at Huntington Ridge in DeSoto. The grounds are HORRIBLE!!! They cut the grass in the front by my apartment but didn’t cut ...
    the part not even 200 yards away from it looks like a forest growing out there! Not to mention the back gate has not worked in over a year, the front gate barely works, it’s been down and out for three weeks now the call box was knocked over and never picked up for two of those weeks…ONE WAY IN AND ONE WAY OUT. The maintenance crew rides around of the golf cart with Black and Mild cigars in their mouth. You can tell no one EVER walks the property because of they did they would see the wrecked car that had been parked in a parking space with CAUTION tape around it, air bags deployed, a missing wheel but it still sits on the property I know the maintenance crew have seen it but didn’t say anything…WHY, because they don’t live there so they not anyone else cares to remove it! People if you are thinking about this complex, you better keep going because every since they changed Management to Clear Property, it’s been nothing but Clear Chaos!!!!! I have NEVER had to write so many reviews about one company before but how ever many I have to write to let the public know that this place is not worth it, I will! I’m contacting Smash the News topic for them to come out to interview me and show them the MESS at this complex!!! Oh how can I forget the rammed trash can in one part of the complex bricks been knocked down for about two weeks. They are quick to send an email about trash in my unit that is clear it’s not me, but never make an effort to say we know the gates are broke down but here’s the ETA of having the problem fixed…and to be honest, it’s the sorry trash service they have who scatters trash from the trash they pick up. I don’t even use the sorry service, I take my trash out myself!!!! It will be interesting to see what and how fast my stove will be repaired…forces me to eat out for breakfast and dinner….but if too long, I know where to turn Felicha Adams 2228

  • Warning: DO NOT MOVE HERE

    Clear property management took over in February and the property has gone downhill in just a month. They got rid of the manager that actually took care of issues and cared about residents. They sent the head maintenance guy to another property in Ft. Worth, now we have a new guy who is struggling to keep up with getting repairs done. The new manager and assistant manager are clueless. The entire property is covered with trash. There is currently living room furniture blocking the trash cans for ...
    over a week now. They are leasing to anyone, no standards. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

    I want to say the staff at Huntington Ridge is the best. David goes above and beyond to fix any maintenance issues that I have had and he is excellent at his job. DeAnna is very helpful and attentive and she really cares about her residents. Janet always has a smile and she is always very nice to me. I have no complaints and I am very happy to call Huntington Ridge my home...

    I LOVE MY COMMUNITY APARTMENTS, I LOVE THE UNIT THAT I AM LIVING IN! IT IS VERY SPACIOUS AND THE VIEW IS AMAZING! I HAVE TWO PATIOS ONE OFF THE BEDROOM WHICH I LOVE! I HAVE BEEN HERE FIVE YEARS AND A FEW MONTHS AND I HAVE NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES. LAST NIGHT HAD AN EMERGENCY LEAK AND IT WAS AFTER HOURS AND I MADE A CALL TO THE AFTER HOURS TEAM AND WITHIN TEN MINUTES DAVID WAS KNOCKING ON MY DOOR! AND FIXED THE LEAK. HOW COOL IS THAT! DEANNA YOU AND YOUR TEAM MAKE THE APARTMENTS LOOK AND STAY NICE ...

    I just moved in and I can honestly say this place is quiet, clean and if there's any maintenance issues they are on top of it. I know because I had an issue with my refrigerator and they fixed it quickly. Management is amazing they are easy to talk to if you have any problems and the property always has events. Glad I moved here!

  • Love Love the staff

    I’ve been here for three years now. Since I’ve been here the management has changed a few times but the management team we have now is the Absolute BEST!!! I can’t say enough about DeAnna the manager and David the maintenance manager. What they are bringing to the property now is priceless- it’s like a family. All I do is smile every time I encounter these Wonderful people. Keep up the Great work Huntington Ridge. They hit a Home Run when they hired you all.
