      So far this has been a great experience moving in and living here. Leasing is super helpful and hands on as well as kind. I find that it’s very quiet but not due to lack of residents but due to attention to detail in the design of these apartments. I can’t hear my neighbors and they can’t hear me which is great because I value my privacy and I do enjoy music. The amenities are nice, the property is clean and well decorated . & it’s in close proximity to all my favorite places. And its pet ...

      We're happy with our specific space but the office has not been communicative about our concerns of the building. We signed the lease under the assumption the pool would be open by June, and we do not like having to pay the trash service when we're right next to the refuse room. The one time we used it they didn't even take all of our items. And baseline, the concept is kind of gross. Raw trash/garbage souping in the hallways for two hours each night? The hallways always smell like a dumpster. ...
      We sent a letter to the office detailing these issues through Bozzuto's portal and the office claims to not have record. That is highly concerning... Where do those reviews go? Entirely ignored and unable to recalled when followed up on? There is a steep lack of communication and proper management within the building.

      The Allure Mineola is very clean and seems to be very well ran. The staff has been wonderfully helpful. The elevators are very spacious. The garage has ample parking and is convenient to the elevators.

      Been here for 10 years and 2025 has been the worst year by far. The last property manager was completely incompetent. It was disgraceful how she would yell at residents in her office simply for asking for better communication. Our pool never opened and she kept giving everyone the run around. Our elevator for down for 3 months and zero transparency on when the part is arriving. I could listen to a million issues under her tenure.

      The apartment is great, the location is great, I have no issues with my living space. There have been at least 3 managers in as many years. Communication is mediocre and the pool has been closed all summer due to a maintenance project. The construction has been a nightmare between the noise and dust it has created for almost a year. Several residents smoke pot in their apartments. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't smell it walking down the hallway.

      Been moved in for a couple of weeks. Facilities are very nice and are clean. The pool is currently under construction and has been for quite a while so I am hoping they complete soon given it is the middle of the summer. But the apartment is in great condition, gym and club room are great, as is the courtyard. The management staff have been helpful and welcoming and move in process was fairly smooth.

      Building upkeep and services have been an issue lately. Elevators have been out of service for weeks and the trash valet does not consistently collect trash during the scheduled window if your apartment is not on a main hallway. Given the cost to live here, I expect better service. Otherwise, the team and other amenities have been great.
