Not a 4 star average property

I give reviews so individuals can make more informed decisions. I try to keep my personal bias out of circumstances.
TL;DR
If you can afford $200-$400 a month more, rent elsewhere IMO.
cons:
-bugs
-vehicle was robbed
-shady people (non-tenants/staff)
-old appliances
-choose the $350 deposit over the $200 edge fee that is NOT refundable or covers any final costs e.g. cleaning fees.
-the actual exit is an inconvenience and most people use the entrance for the exit which is a huge concern in ...
regards to accidents. (never happened in my 10 months of living there though)
pros:
-staff and maintenance were friendly.
-maintenance took care of things quickly.
-well kept laundry room that is secured with numpad code.
-pool is ok (when its open) roughly 4 months out of the 10 from my observation.
-dog park area if you have a furry friend.
-most tenants keep to themselves and it's not really noisy.
The reason I gave one star instead of 2-3 is because I think the average is inflated. This is not an above 4 star average property.
