Noise
March 9, 2025This is the noisiest place I've ever lived. I left my old place because of noise and came here because the building seemed like it would be quiet. I jumped out of the frying pan into the fire. It sounds like the people above me are constantly stomping and dropping things, even though they say they are just walking normally, and I believe them because this is the second neighbor I've had above me in a row that both sounded like this. Noise can be amplified by poor construction and I believe ...that is what has happened here. If you get to the point where you can't tolerate the noise then the early termination is 30 days notice plus two months rent; even though my apartment was only vacant for about a week before I moved in and the one above me was only vacant for maybe around two weeks before the second neighbor moved in, so the excessive fee is really not justified and is a complete windfall for the owners of the building. This place might be ok if you live on the top floor, but beware facing towards Wilshire or La Brea because people race down the street with their illegal modified exhausts in the middle of the night.Property Manager Responded

Regarding your lease agreement, we want to remind you that the early termination terms, including the associated fee, were clearly outlined and agreed upon at the time of signing. While we understand that moving can be an unexpected expense, these terms ensure fairness and consistency for all residents. April 30, 2024The building is ok. Homeless in front of the entrance and in garages where residents park their cars. The only building elevator is constantly down for weeks at a time. The pool and jacuzzi are rarely cleaned. On site management is a joke and is constantly changing. No one from corporate to reach out to.Property Manager Responded

We have not had any reports of un-welcome pedestrians sleeping in or around the building in the last two months, and we do have a courtesy patrol who monitors both inside and outside of the building who have not reported this. Lie to your face management
April 24, 2024Apartments leaking into other apartments,random late fees when rent is done ontime, management not providing keys to apartment, rats, hottub has unsafe levels of bacteria, pool leaking into garage onto Cara, mold in AC units, fire alarm going off every few weeks, smoking inside building and no enforcement of rules. The Hot tub is currently under maintenance at this time and we have bi-monthly extermination services. terrible management
March 11, 2023Fire alarms constantly going off, garage doors not working to let cars in/out, mailboxes vandalized with mail not being delivered and no repairs, hot tub constantly being repaired, loud construction prompting random Wilshire closures, elevators constantly down, back door lock broken so anyone could get in & best of all: a management team who won’t return calls or emails and aren’t ever in the office during office hours. If this sounds like the kind of place you’re looking to spend your hard ...earned money on for rent, this is the place for you! The units are great, the management/leasing office team make this place nearly unlivable. There are units down the street at the same price and based on personal experience, I’d bet money that almost anything is better than this. Management has changed multiple hands since I’ve lived here And they’ve never been able to get it right.Property Manager Responded

Great place, bad management
March 12, 2021We loved this place when we first moved in but new management has made it EXTREMELY difficult to live here. Parking is a literally nightmare and they will do nothing to help you. Part of the reason we chose this apartment was because the parking situation was so great and the manager, John, (who no longer works here) was amazing. BRING BACK JOHN!!!!Property Manager Responded

Great Location... For A Great Price!
July 21, 2015I stumbled upon this hidden treasure during my recent relocation. I moved into my unit site unseen, which was very scary for me, however Aly in the leasing office was very helpful and made sure all of my needs were met. She provided picture AND video of the actual unit that I would be moving into! How amazing is that? The apartment is small for the price , but upgraded with brand new stainless steel kitchen appliances. Which definitely was plus for me. I think the best part about apt is the ...location! It is incredibly walkable with a starbucks built into the building ;) There is Ralph's Grocery Store a few blocks down, with tons of boutiques and restaurants in between. The building is in a great central location to downtown LA and Hollywood. The only complaint that I have is that the maintenance crew takes a service the units, and the walls are paper thin.
