        I have lived here now over 2 years and th way your manager Renee is so on top of things is honestly why I just renewed for year 3. I was hesitant when she left but now that’s she’s back I know I’ll be renewing next year too. She is so attentive and is always available for any questions. Yall honestly have the next manager I’ve dealt with at any apartment complex I’ve ever lived at.

        Please be cautious, this place was amazing but now it is not. Garbage is everywhere, pool hasn't been open since September, the grass is knee high, and so much more. Please stay away!

        Grass is knee-high in dog walk areas, garbage all over the property. Pool has not been open since September. 24/7 fitness center NOT available 24/7. Have seen homeless people hanging out here and using building electricity.

      • New Management is AMAZING!!!! Renovated too!

        The new management group, First Communities, has really turned this place around! They have renovated the entire property, both inside and out, looks AMAZING!!! Very clean, quiet, and serene atmosphere. The maintenance team is SUPER attentive and quick to respond to resident needs. The manager, Renee, is extremely passionate and dedicated to the residents, very responsive. The property is pet friendly and even has a fenced-in dog park on-site. There's a fitness center with 24 hr access, beautiful ...
        resort-style pool with grilling area, and cozy resident lounge as well! I highly recommend you take a look at all the new improvements that have been made, you won't be disappointed!

        I have been begging the new ownership to return my security deposit since August. We are currently going into the third week of December. I have asked repeatedly for the main office to just give me a call every so often to give me an update me. She has called me twice after I begged her, over the past couple of months. Communication here is awful. If you plan on being a future resident they probably won’t treat you the same. But just know how they treat everyone during the transition to their new ...
        ownership. Because i’m not the only one they did this to. I’m still waiting for my $700. Be careful

      • Won't honor my lease. Called us Liars.

        This is the most unethical and disgusting group of people I have ever experienced. With the "changing" of management they blindsided my two roommates and I, leaving the three of us homeless two weeks before our move in date. There was no contact from new or old management of any changes. And now the owners will no longer honor my SIGNED lease. They have called us liars and are completely unfit to run any sort of business.

        I just wanted to share my experience at Camden with my neighbors to relate and share with each other. My time here has included great social events, amazing maintenance staff and the worst business practices ever seen. My pet was never added to my apartment after multiple interactions and our perspective new roommates were never informed of the pet. When I informed them they were surprised when told. Also before my stay here MY CAR WAS STOLEN FROM THE PARKING LOT!!! Camden took 4 days to get ...
        security footage which so happened to never catch anything and then forced me to pay for new keys and passes that were on the STOLEN car. As a local resident, I just wanted to share this to show the lack of compassion this business is run with. They are not focused on what is best for their residents in the main issues that an apartment building should be, only making sure we are social. I do not pay for the social events but I do pay to ensure my safety and comfort. When looking to rent homes it should be said they are much cheaper so when looking for a nice place to live look not at student living unless you have to be social where you live.

        looks pretty good on paper, but in actuality not worth the money. Really a dump upon further review and living there for a year. Management staff slow to react and lacked professionalism Despite being relatively new, constant repairs were needed on our apartment. Signs of how cheaply the place was built and the approach they are taking in that market. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. Supposedly cleaned and painted prior to us moving in, but complete hack job. Tried to charge for repairs that were ...
        needed anyway. Way better options in Wilmington.

        Camden seems great until you get to know the management. This place is run by a bunch of young college kids who have no idea what they are doing. They do not care about the happiness of their current residents- they are only focused on signing leases for future residents. They change your lease without your consent and they always try to trick you into paying extra money when you owe them nothing. They don't turn over apartments when residents move out- so they are always dirty. DO NOT LIVE HERE ...
        you will regret it.
