My boyfriend and I moved into these apartments about 2 weeks ago. We started the application around June and couldn't have been happier. Brittney from the leasing office was super helpful. We walked in without an appointment for a tour, and she was busy that day but was able to schedule us for the next day. ...questions before move in as well. I was always able to reach her and she responded promptly. Moving in was a breeze, and we couldn't be happier with our apartment. There was a small issue with our washer after moving in, and submitting a service request was easy. I received a call the day maintenance was able to come to confirm that they could enter the apartment. Al helped fix our washer. He knew exactly what was wrong and finished fixing it quickly, as well as stayed to make sure the issue was solved. It's only been two weeks but we truly enjoy living here. We've run into some of our neighbors already, and they've all been extremely friendly. We've lived in two other apartments over the past 3 years, but this is the first one that really feels like a home.
