I really liked the apartment—it had a clean and modern feel, with plenty of natural light that made the space inviting. The layout was practical and made the rooms feel more spacious than I expected. The kitchen was updated and functional, which I appreciated, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. The location also seemed convenient, close to shops and public transportation. Overall, I left with a very positive impression and could definitely see myself living there.

I really enjoy living here! It is located extremely close to Haas School of Business, close to a lot of restaurants on Durant, and has all the necessary facilities! The view from the rooftop is amazing and the study lounges are also very helpful! The only thing missing to complete this community would be a gym/fitness room :)

Service stop when the lease is signed

As others have noted, the service seems to stop when the lease is signed. I also question whether calling the number in the management response helps anything, since I call that number and am also ignored

If i could give them 0 stars I would. This is sadly another high priced place in Berkeley that is all about their tenants at first but once they get your deposit (your $$$) they stop responding. And they blatantly ignore my emails for months with no response. I thought maybe this place would be worth it because its so close to Cal but you're better off renting an apartment in northern Berkeley or anywhere else honestly.

Avoid at all costs

Terrible property management. Total disregard and huge lack of communication to tenants. They stop caring once they have you committed. They are not afraid to change lease agreements over night. Rooms are ridiculously small for how much you are paying. Do yourself a favor and avoid at all costs.
