    The maintenance man is an outstanding employee. However, there are the following problems. As a veteran, I take accountability and integrity seriously, which is why my experience with The Gabriel has been so unacceptable. The Gabriel advertises a heated pool, but in my experience the pool has not been heated as advertised. That alone is a serious problem, because amenities like that are part of what residents are being sold when they choose to live here and pay the rent being charged. If ...
    something is advertised as part of the living experience, then it should actually be provided as advertised. The problems do not stop there. The indoor dog park has had a strong and unpleasant smell, and the condition of both the indoor dog park and spa has appeared unsanitary. Those are shared amenities that residents and their pets should be able to use without worrying about odor, cleanliness, or whether proper maintenance is being done at all. These are not small details. They directly affect quality of life and reflect how seriously management takes the condition of the property. What has stood out the most is the lack of accountability and what feels like a complete lack of integrity in the way these issues have been handled. Residents deserve honesty. Residents deserve follow-through. Residents deserve management that takes responsibility instead of allowing these kinds of issues to continue while people keep paying for an experience that is not matching what is being presented. It is hard not to view this as deeply disappointing when residents are expected to uphold their responsibilities, pay on time, and follow the rules, while management appears unwilling to uphold the same standard when it comes to maintaining advertised amenities and sanitary common spaces. Accountability should go both ways. I am posting this publicly because people deserve to know what has been going on. Current residents deserve better, future residents deserve the truth, and The Gabriel needs to stop falling short where honesty, upkeep, and responsibility are concerned.

  • Amenities Not as Represented at Move-In

    I chose to lease at The Gabriel Apartments in Madison, Alabama based on the amenities that were presented at the time of signing, including a heated pool, indoor dog park, dog spa, and community grills. After moving in, I found that the pool advertised as heated is not actually heated, and management has confirmed that it is not capable of being heated. There were also periods where the gas grills were unavailable, and the indoor dog park and dog spa have had ongoing cleanliness concerns. I ...
    brought these concerns to management and attempted to resolve the situation directly. While communication was professional, no adjustment was offered to reflect the difference between what was presented and what has been provided. I am sharing this experience so that future residents can make an informed decision.

    Me & my sister had already fallen in love with the property after touring it once. We decided to tour it again months after our initial tour to help us determine if this was our preferred property. We instantly fell in love with the property again. The staff at the leasing office have been nothing short of fantastic! Although we're only 2 weeks into our lease we're already so happy here. A week into our lease one of our dogs on our lease passed away & without hesitation the leasing staff waived ...
    the second pet fee & automatically removed the second pet rent. This act alone solidified that we made the right decision in moving here.

    We just moved into The Gabriel Apartments and we are loving it. The staff are wonderful people. Raven and Johnny are REALLY helpful. I have a LOT of questions and RAVEN answers them for me. She doesn't make me feel rushed or not valued. This is a beautiful apartment complex with ALL of the amenities. Pool, gym, girls, ham-mics, coffee station, vending machines and much MORE.

    I am really happy I chose the Gabriel to move into when my mobile home burned down. I could not find a better apartment complex for my dogs to have access to so much and be so welcome.

    I enjoy living at the Gabriel because there are so many amenities. The gym is huge, the pool is very nice, and they have a car wash station. These are few of my favorites. The staffs are very helpful and everything they told me when I signed my lease has not change.

    The Gabriel is a clean and modern apartment complex that provides renters with several amenities and benefits. The layout is just what I needed in an apartment. It is hard to find a good sized one bedroom apartment for a good price, and the Gabriel provides that perfect layout. The staff is approachable, patient, and quick to help. Living off of Balch is also not that bad, so I would all in all recommend the Gabriel to anyone I know who is looking for a good home. Especially if you’re moving out ...

    I love the Gabriel and the office personal. No real complaints. The ladies in the office why I chose to live here. Especially Raven. I love all the events the coffee bar and the welcoming setting.. They do care about the residents.

    The Gabriel staff members are very professional and knowledgeable. They care about their residents and show it with action. The amenities are high quality and well maintained. The apartments are big and set up in a way that just makes sense for day to day life. But along with being functional, they’re comfortable and luxurious.

    Exelente me encanta the gabriel es súper cómodo me encanta la vista todo está en orden sus áreas verdes me encantan la piscina espectacular, gym todo funciona estoy feliz de vivir aquí todo me gusta
