Amazing staff, great location

We are so happy we moved here. Location, gates, feel safe. But most importantly the staff is the best staff you will ever have at an apartment complex. We loved our initial stay and had to move units because of an issue and they got us the same unit same week, helped with movers and didn't up charge the rent. They have monthly resident parties, the pool is always clean, the gym is great. Can't say enough good things about this place.

Quiet Community, Accessible Location, Solid Amenities

Currently living at the Gentry and most of my time has been during COVID and have found it to be the perfect building for that. Was looking for a quiet and relaxed building and glad I found it. It's the only large apartment complex nearby and surrounded by a park, homes, and a few townhomes/smaller apartment units. So quieter and more neighborhood feel. Building itself I don't hear my neighbors or much noise in general. It's not right in the middle of stuff (a plus during COVID and for noise) so ...
nothing right across the street but is just a few blocks from Greenville and Mockingbird Station (Kroger, Starbucks) so plenty to easily walk to and then not too far to walk to Knox-Henderson and even more true Lower Greenville if wanted. Uptown, Park Lane, White Rock, and almost every store or restaurant imaginable within a short drive. Pretty convenient to 75. Glencoe Park is across the street and along University Trail which I really enjoy using and then Katy Trail and walking through Highland Park in terms of getting outside. I also really like my unit- love the open living area, long island, good set-up for working from home and then a hangout area, a balcony that overlooks some trees and houses. Has what I would need for amenities- pool, small gym, package locker. Management is great and friendly. Haven't had much of a need in terms of maintenance or issues but would expect they are quite responsive. Moving to Dallas it was hard to find many buildings that didn't have reviews about bad management, noise, car break-ins, elevator breakdowns, etc. and am very relieved to have found a great spot in the Gentry.

Great Community

I love this community. Caroline and Tiffeney are amazing. Their customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend this community. It is in a great location, safe and clean, and walking distance to great restraunts bars and shopping on Greenville Ave. The park and Katy trail is right across the street. Plenty of parking for guests, drop boxes for all your online orders and a quick responding maintenance staff. Hated to leave this amazing community. It truly is a 5 star place to live.

Great management team

Caroline really goes above and beyond. The other day she actually helped me carry a piece of furniture! She is always helpful and responds in a timely manner. Makes it really seamless and comfortable to live here. The area is safe, lots of activity at Glencoe, close to lower Greenville.

Excellent place to live.

The apartments are great! But the best part is the staff. Tiffeney and Caroline are amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. Jose provides top notch maintenance that is efficient and speedy. The park across the street is great for dog walking. I would recommend the Gentry on M Streets to everyone!
