Phenomenal Apartment Complex

We moved into the Glenbrook last year and just renewed our lease for another year. We adore everything about this complex. The location is fantastic--it's near Cromwell Ave which is filled with incredible restaurants and practical shopping needs (CVS and Big Y within a few miles). Plus, it's within 2 miles of I91 and equidistant between the Berlin Turnpike and Silas Deane Highway. For us, the units felt even bigger in person than they looked in the pictures. could find in central CT (plus so many included utilities!). When we put in a work order for our dishwasher, maintenance was speedy and effective. We almost never hear our neighbors, the building itself is very quiet and private. It's a very safe neighborhood, with a golf course across the street adding to its great outdoor appearance. There is so. much. parking!! This was another struggle to find among CT apartments, and so many other places will charge you for every spot you take up! I am always able to find a spot near my building, even when guests are around! Of course, I cannot forget to mention how great the balconies/patios are--an outdoor space is a luxury I didn't know I needed. Lastly, I want to show appreciation for the laundry room. Everything is able to be done via an app which is so easy and convenient! It's such a relief to not have to have a giant bag of quarters on hand, in addition to the fact that every building has its own laundry, so no driving across the complex needed in order to clean your clothes! Huge thank you to the Glenbrook and their staff--this was our first apartment and they made (and continue to make) living here a great experience.
