Avoid for the next 6 to 12 months
September 12, 2018The Grove is a nice apartment but right now complete renovation is going on, has been going on for the past one year. All the facilities - gym, pool are closed and have been closed for the past 5 months. They are running behind their scheduled completion of the renovation. With the loud noise its tough to stay at home. Even though we asked about the completion of the renovations before moving to the apartment, we have been misinformed. Please add in a buffer of 7-8 months to what the front office ...says.Property Manager Responded

This really is a good beautiful safe place to live
August 27, 2015I have been a long-time resident of The Grove for many years now. Admittedly, It took some time to go from living in an apartment building that housed only two other units besides my own to one with nearly two hundred. And as many residents were an adjustment. There are many advantages to living here over my previous residence such as two swimming pools the 24 hour on site laundry rooms and gym. Wi-fi internet access in the clubhouse and pool areas. The property managers will take any packages ...delivered to a resident as a courtesy until you are able to pick them up. They also host many events for tenants of The Grove, such a Christmas party and an upcoming barbecue that they will hold this Saturday the 29th. You are allowed the privilege of using the clubhouse for any parties or large gatherings you may have. There is also a patio area in each apartment with a deck and storage space. The apartments are small but cozy and have all the modern conveniences. The gated community also provides a bit of privacy for each resident and a refuge from the urban sprawl that awaits outside the gates. The best part the rent is reasonable compared to what most apartments this size usually goes for in this area. I know, but what about the cons? There are only a few I can think of. The tenants have a tendency not to separate the recyclables from the regular trash and will sometimes throw things in there such as electronic devices. I.E. laptop computers just this week one tent left a mattress blocking the dumpster. And not breaking down cardboard boxes before disposing of them in the trash. The property managers could step things up in the enforcement of these rules. Those little things aside this really is a good safe beautiful place to live, and I am glad to be a resident here.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
