The tenants have a tendency not to separate the recyclables from the regular trash and will sometimes throw things in there such as electronic devices. I.E. laptop computers just this week one tent left a mattress blocking the dumpster. And not breaking down cardboard boxes before disposing of them in the trash. The property managers could step things up in the enforcement of these rules. Those little things aside this really is a good safe beautiful place to live, and I am glad to be a resident here.
