I wish I could give zero stars. Probably some of the worst management ever. The security acts more like prison guards for the residents rather than protectors. You get a noise complaint if you’re even just laughing with your friend in your house at 10:05pm. The hallways are gross and covered in dust/hair balls. The laundry facilities and study rooms don’t get cleaned enough so they start smelling HORRIBLE. And these people will literally come into your room whenever they want for whatever reason, ...
even if you’re just getting out of the shower with no clothes on. I definitely developed ptsd after being terrified when two people burst into our rooms (as I was getting out of the shower), taking pictures of everything because my roommate was cooking and the smoke alarm went off.
Now that I’m moving out (because I would rather live anywhere else than spend another year here), they’ve sent an email to the “overwhelming amount” of people moving out saying that they aren’t giving any notice for when they will be coming into your room to do a move-out inspection. No one wants to live here because it feels like there’s no privacy, that’s why everyone is leaving and the management still can’t seem to understand that. Maybe it’s because the management is a bunch of college kids. This place had so much potential. Sad to see it played out this way.
