      COCKROACHES ARE OUT IN THIS APT. This apt does NOT respond to maintenance request anymore. It's been a week since I requested that my towel rack is broken. I called them several times different days different times, they won't pick up. Plus, this apt has so much NOISES that include upstair's crazy big dogs running, barking everywhere, and whining, upstair and nextdoor residents' literal snoring, outside company truck drivers' roaring engine EVERY morning and afternoon, babies yelling, running ...
      all the time outside in a small area where you could literally hear ppl talking. I have sent emails, text messages, and calls, they would ignore yet send you an email about how residents have a new way to pay monthly bill lmao. In the beginning, when I requested about the ground being nasty, my socks would weep the dirt(?), they said they don't see any problem with it and dismissed me even after I showed them my socks and wiped the tissue in the ground to show the dark residue. Oh, there are lots of COCKROACHES coming out from the bathroom tub. To meet a leasing office worker which is inside the apt building, you need to get an appointment in short period of times like 4-5 hours. Some days, I don't think she comes to the office. I am looking for a way to move out this place early. I cannot live here anymore. I am leaving this review hoping there may be changes made.

Regarding the towel rack, our Maintenance team has been experiencing a high volume of requests; however, this does not mean your concern has been ignored. Your work order is in the system, and Maintenance will be reminded to complete this repair. We appreciate your patience while they work through the queue. We have not received any recent work orders reporting cockroaches or other pests in your unit. Because of this, no pest control work has been scheduled specifically for your apartment. If you are currently experiencing a pest issue, please submit a maintenance request through the resident portal so we can create a formal work order and have it addressed appropriately. Your prior flooring concern was addressed promptly, and one of our supervising ...
        technicians was dispatched shortly after your request. Our records show that previous maintenance requests for your unit have also been completed in a timely manner and in accordance with our standards. Based on this, we do not find support for the claim that maintenance has been unresponsive to your unit’s needs. Regarding noise and surrounding activity, some of the issues you mention involve general neighborhood noise and activity outside the property, including street noise and behavior in public areas. These are city and community matters that are unfortunately outside of our authority and control. For concerns involving other residents or noise within the property, please email operations@goldenbeemanagement.comOpens a new window with specific dates, times, and details so that we can review and, when appropriate, issue notices to the responsible parties.       My partner and I had been looking for a new home for months, but it got serious when we finally put in our 30 day notice without yet finding a place. We just did not want to continue our previous lease at our previous place any longer. Hunting for an apartment is so stressful already but it makes it even harder when they make it impossible to schedule a viewing and the application process is harder than it should be. BUT THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. We were able to schedule an independent viewing, ...
      which was awesome because I got to view a staged apartment that had furniture set up to help me picture actually living there. We applied that same night and got a response THE NEXT MORNING. Marisol is amazing at her job, she doesn’t play around. She made us feel so comfortable and made our move in process so great, we cannot thank her enough! We can’t wait to spend a long time here.

      Marisol the property manager is the best. She was great, attentive, and reliable. Answered all my questions and concerns. Explained everything, answered all my questions and made my move in process easy fast and stress free. Apartment complex is big and clean. Apartments are spacious and beautiful. I definitely recommend.

      This complex is garbage. Please please please do not waste your time or money moving here. The complex has no security which has led to multiple car theft attempts and robberies. They have even stolen bikes in the bike rack right in front of the management office. A tenant's garage clicker was stolen out of their car so now even the cars in the garage are not safe. Management is aware of all of these issues and is not doing ANYTHING to help. You and your property will not be safe living here. ...

      I've lived here for the past year and I can say that my experience has been pretty good. My only thing is I wish they allowed pets, but everything else has been cool. Pros: Underground secured parking Front office (for packages!) Clean Close to grocery store, mall, for, etc. Cons: Can be a little noisy sometimes because walls are somewhat thin. Not often though! No pets

      I've lived in this apartment complex for a year now, and the management has taken a turn - we went to friendly office staff to rude. The rent is pretty high for the square footage, and not the worth the additional $100 they tack on if you want to lease month to month AFTER your year lease is up. They're making upgrades to the property only for the new residents; new granite counter tops, laminate wood floors, new carpet - what about the loyal residents? Are they not worthy of an upgrade for ...
