Poor living conditions.
January 30, 2023We have not had hot water for a month now. They continue to say they’ll fix it and haven’t yet. I feel having hot water is the bare minimum a person could ask for and this place can’t even provide that. Also our mailbox got broken into AGAIN along with all our neighbors. Unprofessional and unreliable when looking for a apartment
January 15, 2023Very Unprofessional & unreliable when we ask to look at an apartment she reminded us that they don’t work on Sundays but can work with us because of our work schedule she said she can get us in on Sundays @11 and when we arrive no one wasn’t in the office and we stay 40 minutes outta Shreveport and it was just a waste of gasReseña de Apartments.com
Don’t recommend.
January 3, 2023If you live here you will never know when you’ll have water. They randomly cut it off. We haven’t had hot water in 3 days. The place is infested with bugs and you pay a pest fee for no one to come. Be ready to take cover for all the shootings. Place smells like nothing but weed. Maintenance will say that fixed your issue on that app when they’ve never even showed up. The mail boxes are constantly being broke into.Reseña de Apartments.com
They are good apartments but the management are so unorganized
December 15, 2022The apartments was big and had lost of space, and it was very quiet. The management took a minute to fix my air more like months while it’s 100 degrees in the summertime. Also when I moved here I was just paying rent and out of no where they start saying I have to pay utilities but it wasn’t in my contract. Exactly unprofessional and unorganized. This place is terrible..
August 13, 2022The staffs hands are tied along with being just as poorly as the residents with no running water or AC in the office that’s the standard around here. The maintenance team sucks and they make problems worse if they even attempt to fix anything. People are breaking their leases left and right because it’s simply not a good place to be safety and health wise. Cockroach infestations, no heat in winter, no air conditioning in summer, the pool is closed, cops are out here almost weekly. There’s been ...drive by shootings, armed persons calls, there’s tons of drugs in this complex, the tenants are loud. Strongly would not recommend
May 9, 2022The Jolie is my very first apartment and I would not recommend anyone to move here. First off the day before I moved in during my walk through, I had no A/c. I have been dealing with this issue for a year now. Secondly maintenance is horrible. They never finish the job that they start. I've put work orders in months ago and I still haven't gotten stuff fixed. I'm getting so irritated with this complex. Oh and the staff and managers never stay no longer than 2 or 3 months. Horrible management
May 6, 2022We moved in over a month ago and immediately reported a broken lock on a sliding door. This security concern has been ignored repeatedly. We tyen reported a broken dishwasher. I have a bad back and use a cane, making it difficult to stand and wash dishes by hand. They know this in the leasing office, but again, repeatedly ignore our request to have it repaired. Not worth it
April 30, 2022The rent is ridiculous. They don't fix anything the office and maintenance staff are lazy and rude. The apartment itself LOOKS nice but don't let that fool you nothing really works. My bathroom ceiling leaked for months before they fixed it. If I could leave 0 stars I would. They cut the water off so much every other day for supposed REPAIRS. so many problems
January 27, 2022This property change management and the new management that they have do not care about nobody. Every time I had a problem it never got fixed and the maintenance people got an attitude when you asked them to fix something. The gate never worked so I didn’t feel safe.Property Manager Responded

ROACH INFESTED, MANY PROBLEMS, & UNSAFE ENVIRONMENT
January 26, 2021The staffs are great don't get me wrong, but there was roaches everywhere in my apartment!!! it had a roach spray smell as well!!! APARTMENTS COME WITH A WHOLE LOT OF PROBLEMS!! I wish I would've never moved here, now I have to wait until my lease is up! They try to help, but these units are OLD! please live elsewhere!!Property Manager Responded
