  • Horrible place to live

    July 18, 2023
    I've lived here for 14 months why, because the rent is cheap for a family of 5. They do not repair anything. The maintenance team blame everything on the contractors so they feel they should not fix anything. We once had a management team that spoke kindly. Now everyone in the office has an attitude. Water has been leaking from my ceiling in the kitchen since I moved in. It has not been fixed. The tech will say they will go in the opening to see what's going on and never do. This is far the worst ...
    place to live. If your credit is good and you can afford to live somewhere else please do so. Don't move here.

    This place is disgusting and horribly ran. No clubhouse, playground is broken, apartments are very run down, roach INFESTED, and homeless people everywhere. Do not recommend! Also, keep a receipt EVERY time you pay rent or they will tell you every single month you owe thousands in back pay and lie about it!!

  • A lot of problem with maintenance and cockroaches

    there is a shorty who is rude in the offices . don't pick up the phone, they take long time to fix things, I went to the office today 9/30/22 to have the floor fixed, I've been waiting more months for it to be fixed and they told me that when I move they will fix it, ask x my deposit when I moved in and they told me they didn't know what was going to happen to my deposit. many cockroaches do not come to do the pet control because I have guess or put many excuses. One of the maintenance guy ...

  • DO NOT COME HERE

    New management took over in December and it has been worse since then. (It was already pretty bad) My heat and air has been out since January and is still not fixed. It has been looked at a few times, but they refuse to have someone come out who can diagnose the problem. They patched it up for a couple days, but have not been back in over a week since it went out. Keep these things in mind before you rent: They are raising their rents. There is mold in these apartments. There are roach ...
    infestations here. Electrical issues exist inside the units. IF YOU HAVE A MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY NO ONE WILL FIX IT!!!

  • Not as advertised and full of issues

    We have lived here for a year now, still having repairs needed- in which they refuse to fix. The actual apartments are nothing like the show houses. Bathtub is seperated from the wall, AC doesn't work (upstairs and downstairs ductwork isn't connected together - they said in these apartments they will offer window units instead), very rude, unwanted and extremely loud outdoor church services by the front office, decorative molding is incomplete, they make you pay to have Comcast wire your ...
    apartment - it's not pre-wired, office staff nice when you sign your lease then are negligent. Not to mention huge spider, ant, and wasp problems (that go untreated). Water heater has gone out 3x in 4 months. Doors on closets fall off. That's just the tip of the iceberg.

  • Don't walk, Run from this place!!!

    This place is ran by poor management and it shows. The incompetence of the staff is only one issue of this place. Do a tour and you will quickly realize this is one of the worst places in the Huntsville area to rent from.

    The pictures are very misleading, the office won't respond to your request and the place is dirty and outdated. It's obvious of how lazy these people are because they literally just paint over whatever issues there are.
